          On Xbox One I was getting error code 4b538e50 and could not connect to the 2k server. What I did was clear the cache and that sync my data. I did that by going into the Network setting, Advanced settings, Alternate MAC address and then select Clear. Your Xbox One will need to restart for the cache to clear. When the Xbox One restarts start the game and the data should sync. This fixed my problem and I was able to connect to the 2K Server. Hope this information help someone good luck.


          Neffon- Will you have to re-download all patches for your games again after clearing cache?

          EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.
