Is the game too easy?

Using the Celtics, not a powerhouse by any stretch of the imagination, I have been able to get out to a 15-1 record on the hardest difficulty (hall of fame). I turned off my last game after being up 27 in the 3rd quarter on a pretty good team (I think it was Chicago). Does this game seem much easier than 2k15?

You need to try new things that would make the game more realistic for YOU and only you. Play the game and don't let the game play you. Try to get realistic stats from your team

If your murdering on HOF/Sim, you got it down. The challenge could be sustaining that success in a Franchise mode year after year.

I mean if you can win 7 rings in 8 years and beat a 72-10 record, you pretty much have beat NBA2k in my mind.

I'd say it's time to start tweaking the sliders to make the experience more realistic for how you play.

What sliders you use? Have you set each teams profile? ...all teams have the same profile which causes teams to play the same.

im using portland on Superstar difficulty and pretty much getting murdered whenever i play a decent team.

so id say nah. id say the game is too hard if anything.

I run the 4 out 1 in offense and I feel like I get either a dunk or a wide open 3 every time. I pick n roll with my "1 in" or pick and pop with my stretch 4. Marcus Smart usually ends up with 10 points and about 15 assists. I'm on hall of fame. Haven't touched the sliders or the other teams information. Maybe I'll try that.

Me too, but playing on HOF sim. Last year I dominated cpu, hard to believe this dude is beating teams on HOF sim by 30. For this type of claim I would like to see a video. Dont believe that someone is dominating this much after a month.

And as for easier than 2k15.... don't think so lil bruh bruh

Throwing away basketball rules and opening up the floor space by removing players isn't how some people like to play basketball either. I'd suggest pro-am if you're into team based efforts and 1v1 online modes if you're not.

As for OP, I'd guess you're scoring a lot on the fast break since the AI seems clueless in transition. Why not make up some rules for yourself for those situations. Some good ones could be that you couldn't push the ball unless you rebound the ball with one of your primary ball handlers (or when you get a steal or block). Another would be that you only pass the ball after you've crossed mid court.
