think it was nba2k11 but howard and yao ming where epic with the standing dunk lol

gerard wallace was epic to with his dunk, 3pnt and lockdown defense.

josh smith was pretty good to by the way.

Always been my favorite player vince carter for me ever since my first 2k (2k5). If i had to pick one game i guess i'd go with 2k15 where i scored up to 70 points with his 93 ovr nets card in myteam and about 40-50 points with his regular 77 ovr grizzlies card, the latter actually carried me to winning rttp in the first place even against all the bron/mj/etc superteams. Maybe it's just me because he's been my go to guy for 10 years but he's just unstoppable and can score from anywhere on the floor.

I was looking forward to using that raptors version in 2k16 but unfortunately they completely messed up his player model. Maybe next year...

Honorable mention to corey maggette in 2k13. That guy was a monster for me getting to the basket, running the break, shooting 3's and even occasionally posting up because of his 80 strength. I hope he gets a myteam card in future games or maybe even this year.

2K11, 2K12, 2K13, 2K14 = Deron Williams. I remember one time online I out up 48 points against the Lakers (the team that had Nash, Gasol, Howard and Kobe). I carried the New Jersey Nets with him, and he became my favorite player in real life (in 2K16, I put him on the Nets as if he never left).

2K15 = Brook Lopez, love playing in the post. I watch a lot of Nets games so I emulate Lopez's game very well and the Nets offense.

^^ Emmett was great in a couple of the nba 2k's as well. He was always on the free agent list, hyper athletic and could shoot. I remember putting him on my association in 2 or 3 2k's and occasionally making him my top scorer when i actually played games. A lot of fun athletic players like that in the past, like rodney carney, bill walker, jr giddens, dijon thompson, travis leslie, etc. Not all of them could shoot though but still, lots of dunking madness.

In fact, that's the main reason why i miss create a legend, always fun to take some "scrub" and make him your main scorer. Turn travis leslie into wade or jimmer into current steph curry for example. That was my go-to offline mode as well for when the servers were offline. Please bring it back 2k? Without vc obviously.

NBA 2K11 - Danny Granger after he become the 3rd best SF after Lebron and Melo.

NBA 2K5 - JO in his prime! Used to destroy people in the paint with his post moves and mid-range jumper.

its funny but now that I look back on them before they were toned down....I had some bronzes that were way overpowered in 2k14. I couldnt lose with Schroeder, J. Cunningham, and Ricky Ledo in my lineup. I remember just killing some dudes online with Schroeder, he would outplay their Stephs. Him and Ledo had unstoppable stepback 3's and Cunningham was like pre-patch Lavine in 2k15.
