Starting to think that we are not going to get any new classics this year. Was really hoping for another 7-10 teams. Seems like the 92 Dream Team is all we will be getting, let's hope I am wrong, I am a huge fan of the classics!

With Duncan and Kobe retired, they should add a 2005 / 2007 Spurs team and a 2008 Kobe team.

I agree. If they just fixed the player models for the classic teams they added last year and added a few missing players, I'd be totally satisfied. I'd rather have 10 well done classic teams than 20 half-assed ones.

I think one of the 2009-10 team of Kobe is guaranteed, you can't have him on the cover and not another version of him. They said they are going to dump the news starting next week, hopefully we get some new classic teams

Yeah kind of a bummer that not only did the faces take a hit, but the jerseys are wack (particularly those '89 Pistons) and a lot of the attention to detail that'd already been included in the game before is now absent in terms of signature offenses, authentic era arena sounds, etc.

I know the 04-05 Pistons are already in, but first team that came to mind for me was the 05-06 Pistons. They started 35-5, finished 64-18, and made it all way to Game 7 of the Finals. A truly great team that time has largely forgotten because they didn't win their last game.

True. That hurt me when they lost to SA. I remember I wore a Dumars jersey the very next day and everyone was commenting on it.

If I could load up with the 2002 Kings and start running their Princeton stuff..... oh man.

But I wouldn't consider it unless they all looked the part. Had signature stuff. That stuff has to come first before I can get excited about classic teams again.

I think you guys have your years mixed. '05-'06 Pistons went 64-18 & lost in the East Finals to Miami, who then beat Dallas in the Finals.

The 03-04 Pistons are already in 2k16, it's the 04-05 Pistons that lost to SA in the Finals with a 54-28 record.
