43 here, and like someone else wrote, counting down to retirement in about 15 years so I can do more of this as well as travel more. The first bball game I remember owning was EA's Lakers vs Celtics on the Genesis when my bro and I had many rivalry games (he Lakers and me Jordan's Bulls). I probably played other games on previous systems like the Intellivision but don't remember for sure. I also can't remember my first 2k bball game. I was a live fan, even playing the hell out of their college bball games until they started sucking it up sometime in the mid 2000s. Some years I would even buy both EA and 2k. But aside from college bball 10 it's been 2K all day for me.

37...38 in 2 1/2 weeks! But I've been digital hoopin since NES Jordan Vs. Bird. Pretty much ANY bball game that's come out I'VE PLAYED IT. Hoopz, Double Dribble, Arch Rivals( if you can call that basketball lol) but yeah dedicated Hooper here!

31 playing since the original 2k,didnt really start playing heavy tell 2k14 though but my first game i played really was tecmo basketball back on snes and live 95 was the first I owned.

Man I played the crap out of Atari basketball,football and baseball back when I was a kid. Then we got Nintendo and Double Dribble and I thought that was just the best thing going. Pretty amazing looking back at the games I had to play as a kid compared to what there is out there nowdays.

Man dont send me back down memory lane lol. That Atari football game that would allow you to run out of opposite side of the screen to get back in a play if the other team had a breakaway. That college basketball game on Super Nintendo where it was almost like a swing cam with no crowd. The first streetball game Hoops...David Robinson basketball where he was like Goliath is size compared to the other players. To see where a game like 2k16 is now compared to Atari basketball is amazing!!!

Im 32 being playing basketball games since Double Dribble being playing 2K since they came out in 1999 played every 2k except Nba 2k3

I'm 42. First basketball game was Bird vs Dr J (I think) on PC. Favorite game is still NBA Live 95. Enjoy MyLeague don't play online.

That's why I don't go to the park, I'm 56 with RA and I know from gaming with my son I'd probable get my butt handed to me. I'll stick with offline, lol

24. Been playing sports games since I was very young. I remember playing Live 98 and others from being around my cousins.

Also remember live 2000?, I am not sure, where you had to play Jordan 1 on 1 to unlock him. Man, that used to be a struggle.

We had to edit our players 99 everything to beat him.lol
