Real issues got lost in the madness...here are some things that need to be patched/addressed

-Bail out fouls (or if anyone knows the method to the madness, please let me know but I am letting go of LT, utilizing hands up, pulling back on LS and its still occurring)
-Drifiting bigs on baseline still seems to happen occasionally
-Crowd (Not sure if this is patchable)
-Excess clipping from vids in this thread
-Watching CPU vs. CPU one plays/freelance seemed to trigger consistent three second in the key on two consecutive possessions on the offense...offensive awareness for bigs setting screens.

Everything else vs. the CPU on Superstar/SIM is great!

You can't have it both ways, that will have the developers look the other way, just as much as someone screaming up and down, it's broken, this area needs to be fixed, look at me.

There is overt and blatant criticism(using all caps, I want this type attitudes) or there is constructive criticism. Which do you think has the developers attention and which do you think they regard as too much repetitive signal noise?

The constructive criticism is where people work together in unison.

In the Madden forums, the overt and blatant repetitive criticism from the same people tends to lead to warnings and bannings.

      It's your choice.
I can respect this. But what I'm seeing from online today was frustrating. I came down court with Curry, and before I could pick the play the cpu defender stoled the ball and was off on a break. Very annoying.

But how often does that happen? This statement is why I'm in the "Practice and adjust your stick skills" camp. In my mind, this is not something to patch. To me, this is more about awareness of what's going on in the game, or learning to choose your plays quicker. I'm not picking on you, but (again, to me) this not a concern for the Devs to be worried about. If I can pick my plays 95% of time without incident, then I can't be mad about those few times when the defender catches me taking too long.

For me, this situation is no different when a player IRL gets the ball stolen, because he was looking at the coach to find out what play to call and run. It happens.

This will probably get unnoticed in this forum but anyway:
Lead passes are kinda "flawed" right now. I have so many turnovers. Here is a prime example. Look at Derrick Williams, getting open, losing his defender. That should have been an easy pass and cut to the basket. I pass the ball but way ahead of him and directly into the opponent. This makes no sense whatsoever.

That my friend is a bad pass. You want him to completely stop his forward moment that's taking him towards the 3point elbow and head towards the basket in time to catch your zip pass? Only way that's possible is with a lob which would be a very dangerous pass with those defenders around him.

If you did however pass that pass towards the basket either the trailing defender gets it, the pass is thrown behind Williams head, or Williams tips it and barely gains control while having 2 defenders converging on him with no spacing to make a move.

If this was real basketball and I was Williams I would be letting you know not to make to pass the ball to me in the position.

              EDIT:

Also mind you that you COULD have made him cut to the basket by holding the triangle button (y on xbox) that calls for a lead pass towards the basket regardless of situation

Of course it is a bad pass because the CPU decided to pass it so far ahead. The is absolutely no reason for my player to pass it that far ahead. I'm fine with someone stepping in and intercepting it etc. but not the way it happens here where I throw it waaay ahead of the player directly into a standing opponent.

My point was about turnovers. They seem to lose the ball way to much for good/elite ball handlers. Im seeing plays where guys is just losing the ball with minium contact. Ratings don't even matter. U run up against the offensive player and chances are he's losing the ball. I just abused this tactic online few times while he was on the break and I made the guy lose the ball 3xs. It's crazy. It wasn't quite like this prior to the patch.

Now they got this goofy animation where they lob the ball so high that the player is no longer open once he gets the ball. I pass to a player down court and he threw some lob pass that was ridiculous. By time the ball got to my player it went from a fastbreak to 5 on 5 hAlf court play again.

I can agree with these as the fix for the next update. I've only played a few games (5 or 6), but I've noticed that sometimes big's (for both the user and cpu) will hang out on the baseline under the goal. Clipping does seem more prevalent for sure. I haven't noticed consistent three in the key's, however I do think that setting screens needs some tuning. I'm fine with players missing screens, however they shouldn't be turning the complete opposite way of where the screen should be set.

Other than they really just need to fix some presentation things. For example:
                      - Player interviews between the first and second quarter aren't working more than half the time.
                      - No player iteration after Free Throws anymore
                      - And highlights both at halftime and the end of the game aren't working with any regularity (even when using workarounds).

I'm still really enjoying the game, but those are the things that I would like to see fixed to really bring it to the next level.

I hear you. Try using the Triangle 'Lead Pass force cut to basket' in that situation. If you leave it up to the CPU they're going to pass it to a player in stride to where ever they were originally headed.

After playing a few games since the patch dropped, I feel like the crowd(especially in the 4th)has gotten worse than it used to be and I didn't think it was possible for it to get worse.

I was playing Portland(me)-Houston as one of the NBA Today games in the 4th, when Houston went on a run to close it out, it would just be dead silent everytime they scored.

They would boo when I make a play but whenever the home team scored, the crowd would be quiet even though the PA Announcer was hyped up.

I defend 2K, because it is just a GAME, and all these players complaining, should just go study game developing and see if they can create better, anywho..

I didn't think the game was broken, and then the patch came.

My game, is clearly broken.. Lol. Any help?
