It's too early in the a.m. to be that frustrated and upset, calm down and stick with 2K sir.

Left stick cross is still the better to use. Defenders recover too quickly after being broken down especially on higher difficulties.

You win, game is broken. Maybe I should trade it in and stop playing cause I have a good time with it. 100% of you people crying broken will still play the game everyday and come on here and bitch about it, and you'll still be buying 2k17. Although I'm sure that will be broken too.

I agree broken is not the word but flawed is. Off ball screens are very bad. Idk if that's fixed with the patch bc I have xb1. There are a lot of things that are not working as intended. Like I said hopefully the patch addressed them but as I'm hearing the patch is getting unfavorable reviews. So idk

This morning after a flash update like always inside the game I can't see legs accessories in some players like Carmelo Anthony and in other like Leonard I can't assign legs accessories except compression pants. At first I thought was a glitch of new roster but after I downloaded a old roster from PSN and the problem was still in there. I'm disappointed.

Edit. I can't assign any kind of wrap and I can't see any kind of wrap. C'mon 2K....

This is not an attack but constructive criticism. Take it for what you will (which will be an attack) but these are your post regarding gameplay, prior to Patch 3.

1. This is how you beat the computer on Hall of Fame lol. Change your offensive set, freelance actions or space floor depending on your team, call iso with a decently fast player, get a screen and then either take it and crossover or reject it and dribble opposite and you have an easy bucket.

2. Thanks to the 2K cheese tutorials on YouTube and here, I mean 2K tutorials I now have beaten the cpu on hall of fame for the first time ever and it really wasn't that hard!

3. I used to feel like my actual skill level in 2K mattered. Now it feels like more luck of the draw, like there is coding in the game that keeps me from "doing too much." Open shots miss too often, this whole ball going off of people's legs happens way too many times and the cpu isn't punished nearly as much as I am.

4. Stop complaint. Stop playing the CPU. Get online and join in on the cheesefest. It's a great time! Youll never want to go back. There is no better feeling than a full court baseball pass and jam, or the hoop and the harm of an, "and-1" play routinely. Calling an iso and using the PnR and crossover speed burst for an auto bucket.

I've never had more fun.

Not to mention I'm finally able to return to my pump fake foul drawing maneuver. I haven't been able to do that since 2K13 or 12. I've returned to glory! 2K is in its GLO!

Simply put, you've always had an issue with you dribbling off of defenders is what I bolded. You are over dribbling and the way basketball is played at your local rec center is very different to NBA basketball.

Your bad habits have caught up with you and now you are blaming the game. Once again, this game still does have flaws. Drifting centers on the baseline still occur, clipping, bail-out fouls and the crowd are some that are valid complaints that you can't fix with adjusting your play style.

But the way you learned the game is simply wrong and you need to take a step back and realize 2K doesn't want cheese to succeed nor is it the way real basketball teams win. That's why you are having so many dribbling and ISO failures.

The sad part about this is most of the guys in this thread are attempting to help you, and you won't accept it. If you want to have constant highlight reel plays, play at a lower level or crank those sliders.

NO, I am knocking your play style at all but once you up the levels IT SHOULD emulate an NBA representation in a SIM matter. And if online is your thing, learn how to change how you play the game all over with all of the good sources you have around you on this forum.

Let me just spit some fire real quick...

This game is NOT broken, stop saying everything is broken. When you put the game in the disc tray it turns on and starts right? So, it definitely works for everyone because you all keep playing.

I have this game on X1 and I actually just yesterday bought it for PS4 because I had no one to play with on Xbox and I wanted to get into Park/ProAm.

Played a bunch of quick games, 1 domination game, and a few MyCareer/Park games.

After the latest patch, this game is even more amazing to play. Everything I've wanted has been implemented in terms of gameplay and it feels so balanced. As someone mentioned, the sliders are there if you're really struggling. Otherwise, this game plays like a charm to me and I wish you guys would stop whining and making hyperbole statements about everything.

I appreciate all the realists here in this OS community that appreciate what 2K is doing with tweaks and improvements. The rest of you seem to want to hate and I don't think you'll ever be happy.

As long as people continue to defend mediocrity u will get mediocre results. As consumers u need to stand up for yourself and the money u spent and stop acting like 2k is perfect. The game is riddled with issues. Some ppl, like myself have problems with this, and some accept it. Why? Because the devs log in and u want to be buddy buddy so u afraid to say something negative?? I mean, geeesh, have some self respect. The dev's tie their shoes just like I do. If the game has problems it has problems. No one is perfect. The deva make mistakes, obviously. Stop acting like ppl are wrong for stating such.

A lot of u guys are to argumentive. Instead of looking at what ppl are saying, u are to combative amongs each other. Instead of working together and taking our issues TOGETHER in unison to the devs, we want to criticize others with sly comments, like "trade in ur game"? Really? That attitude gets us where? We are all part of the same community. When someone post something, some are to quick to bash others. And 80% of the time that person does have a legit beef. If a person brings forth a concern, and u bash it like its not a concern, then how are the devs suppose to read through this garbage? They don't know if the concern is legit or not. Most of the things I read on here I see the same problems. Yet, u got the same ppl on here combating every issues that ppl brings up like they are 2k attorneys.

It is very clear that people's expectations from a video game are unrealistically high. I could sit and play 2k pointing out every little thing that doesn't happen in real life (that sounds like a lot of fun /sarcasm). Or, I could enjoy a fantastic VIDEO GAME of my favorite sport, realize that it's a VIDEO GAME, and enjoy the entertainment that it provides. I'll choose the latter. I can not understand how people take this so seriously. If you aren't having fun playing 2k, what the hell are you playing it for?

Except I don't think this game is mediocre in any way, shape, or form. I think it's the best basketball game I've ever played and the best sports game of the year.

I've hear the same rhetoric(sometimes louder) over on the Madden forums.

Madman, my issue is, depending on the day, we don't know what Madman we get. It's either, look at me developers, I found a issue and I want it fixed now, or the Madman that says, stop with all this complaining, if we tweak everything, 2k will become robotic with no controller movement.

You can't have it both ways, that will have the developers look the other way, just as much as someone screaming up and down, it's broken, this area needs to be fixed, look at me.

There is overt and blatant criticism(using all caps, I want this type attitudes) or there is constructive criticism. Which do you think has the developers attention and which do you think they regard as too much repetitive signal noise?

The constructive criticism is where people work together in unison.

In the Madden forums, the overt and blatant repetitive criticism from the same people tends to lead to warnings and bannings.
