Pro stick set to dribble moves question

I want to have the pro stick setting set to dribble moves only. My timing is so much better using the button to shoot rather then the stick, and I hate accidentally shooting rather then doing my crossover or whatever.

But how can I do fade aways, euro step, etc. with the right sick set to dribble only? Is it still possible to do those shots?

Shot Button Moves

Fades -- LS away from the basket & square.
Hook shot -- LS towards the basket & square.
Spin Layup -- double tap square
Spin Jumper -- double tap square, outside the paint.

Stepback/Hop gather -- LS in any direction then tap square then hold square after hop/stepback animation to shoot.

Runner/Floater -- LS away then hold square


All dunks & layups are chosen by the situation, shot button is to use the best move in that situation. So you have no control over the certain style of layups & shots like euros & shimmy fades. RS has the benefit of doing every move in t the game.

Dunk - Turbo & Square
Layups - square

Thanks a ton. I wish they bring back the old control scheme (2k11 and 2k12) where you could set it to have right stick do dribble moves when holding LT and it would shoot when not holding LT. You could also reverse it too or have it how it is set now. The more options the better.

How do you do euro step?nevermind my bad I love the controls my only complaint is euro step is kinda a pita last year it was one of my main weapons
