ok here is a basic cross using big man screen. my input controls are just,
    1. turbo + right stick flick towards the basket
    2. after the a few dribbles, when ball is on the left hand, turbo + left stick towards the non-ball hand (not pointing to the baseline or basket).
    3. once i saw the open lane and my defender got stuck on the big man screen and help came late, left stick point towards the basket.
    no shutter step.
my laptop is down. by chance if i can do the combo cross i'll post again.

I just meant the actual stepback, not the stepback jumper.

Anyway I just figured out that it's pretty simple to do. Just hold RT and pull the right stick down. This whole time I thought you had to flick the left stick backwards while you were driving which caused a lot of problems with me.

They removed body up stealing. They almost removed loss of ball from reckless dribbling.( I see it gone next year ) Good luck getting steals off the inbound! But how much have they addressed baseline cheesing and or turboing to the paint consecutively? They made left to right worse by adding these sizeups with extremely fast side to side bursts. And yes there are things which are broken, directional passing for instance.(Directional passing is on) And yes I know how to use icon, but sometimes timing is essential. <iframe src="https://vid.me/e/zpzW" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen scrolling="no" height="480" width="854"></iframe>
man im so happy to see that its not just me. the passing this year has pissed me off to no end. im so sick of seeing a guy cut to the basket and have a wide open lane, and they switch the floor and pass it to a guy 20 feet away from me. good times 2K. gg.

didnt manage to get a combo cross up yet. Here's the simple one dribble cross to get pass the mid court. No turbo here, just flicking the right stick. no shutter steps.

Finished a ML season with Chi-Bulls, Traded Rose for Beal and added Dunleavy and Picks for their 6th overall. Grabbed a 6'1 PG out of Georgetown. Very good passer, high stats on moves that use the "triple threat". Can anyone explain to me how this is used. I have owned this game every year, and have yet to master any of the dribble moves. More of an offensive set play kinda guy versus the iso.

not necessarily iso. dribble moves can be used in pnr playbooks with big man screen. else, space the floor and manual call for screen. if the man screen on yor ball hand side, u dont even need any moves. just dribble pass the screen man once the screen is set immediately.

Practicing the in - out to hesitation cross. The in - out is a setup dribble and not one (to my understanding) designed for blow-by's.

To perform the move I simply use a walk and initiate the in-out with a right stick flick towards the defender or basket. I then flick the right stick to the right to initiate the hesitation dribble. I am holding turbo while the hesitation animations animation is playing out. I then cross to the opposite hand and use the left stick and turbo to steer past the defender. The timing is placed on when you decide to initiate the cross over and go.

If the defender follows / sticks with you: you can perform another crossover to your original position or keep him with you and hit him with a Stepback.

Ya 50 speed doesn't feel natural.

You could do read and react but with a player like Lillard: I will go into the cross even if the defender doesn't bite. If the defender sticks with me: I'll use the Stepback as he follows me a few dribbles.

The timing though for me isn't so much about when the defender reacts. I basically quickly hit right stick up then right stick right with no turbo: don't use turbo during this input. Immediately after the input to initiate the hesitation input: I pull turbo and change directions soon as the hesitation plays out to the point where it looks like I'm going in that lunge direction.

I have another highlight from the same gameplay where the same defender sticks with me after attempting the move we are discussing here. I dribbled a few steps as he was riding me then used the Stepback to create separation then attempted a pull up. I believe the defender fell on the Stepback⬇

2nd video with the in-out hesitation cross transitioned into a Stepback for a pull up:
