You can but the increase acceleration makes it easier for those guards to be explosive on drives . Also due to speed requirements every dunk isn't available in some dunk packages .

Also I'm sure you are not speed boost dribbling with bigger players on drives

You don't need dunk packages period. The best poster dunks are when you don't have none equipped besides the "special occasion" dunk that I like to call them. That's the dunks where you can do baselines or even big man dunks.

Depends. What you mean? I'm not a back and forth speed booster which is lame. I explode out of some dribbles though, the same way CPU players do.

Bro I took the dunks off of my 6"10 (outside) PF and have been dunking on a number of guys in Pro-Am. The only dunk package I have now is under basket regular.

My 6'5 outside guard can't do them :/. I either get wacky layup or 2 handed posters.

Yeah, like I said, if you want the best posters it's best to not have any "regular" dunk packages equipped. You'll be able to get 2K15 and I believe some 2K15 posters. Sucks you have to have all your regular dunks off since you can't do anything that great on fast breaks but it's something 2K probably needs to address that they don't know about.

So yeah don't ruin it for us 6' players lol.

99 percent of Park players have zero court vision.

I have great court vision and it's frustrating to play with dudes that don't shoot the ball when they are wide open and they run to the center of the court to freaking iso for 30 seconds.

Or what is even worst is playing with dudes that repeatedly miss wide open shots on amazing passes.

And don't hate us 6' PGs Rockie lol.

Honestly, I see SGs and SFs also dunking a lot. Speed may have something to do w/ it, but some people also just don't know the best time to take off for a poster. I've been a 6' PG ever since I've been making players on 2K and we've always been able to get some posters. So hopefully it's not changed. It's a lot harder to dunk on someone compared to last year though.

I just don't get how my 6'3 Inside PG, my 6'7 balanced PG, 6'8 Balanced SG, 6'7 Balanced SF, don't get nearly as many contact dunks as a 6' Outside PG that my buddy runs with. I swear he gets the best contact dunks in the pro am and at the park. I don't get it at all. It really irks me because I've created 4 different players attempting to be semi dominant inside and I can't.

Whereas, you ask anyone in my crew and I've been the best, most aggressive dunker out of the whole squad for the past 3 years since Park came out. Even the first few months of 16. Then one of the patches toned down dunking and ruined everything.

Matter of fact, the last few years I've noticed a trend.

The community is always going to whine that they can't shoot. Constantly, doesn't matter what Beluba does, they're still whining. But the first 2 months of a game's cycle the last few years it's they complain about dunking until it's broken. Dunking in traffic is so slow it's hilarious. I could be running full speed and then as soon as I jump, I'm in a crawl in the air to get swatted, or get ripped in the air. Even on a big, dunking character with all the stupid dunk animations. After 6 months, a 6' guard can shoot better than me and dunk better than me.

Matter of fact, me and my 2 best friends ran a squad of 3 inside players. 5'10 PG, 6'3 PG, and an inside center. We used to run people off the court with defense, athleticism, and smart passing.

But now I can't get them dudes on the park anymore because even on our Balanced players, we're not on the same level as the outside players.

                            Explain that to me.

I am sorry I couldn't read through your post like I wanted to since I am at work. You're wondering why you can't poster people even though you've made multiple builds.

This year for me is harder to dunk on people compared to last year. As you can see, I am 6' balanced PG. You should be able to dunk on people w/ dunks equipped or not. I currently have none equipped since that's how you do the dunks from 2K15. I never seen you play, but a lot of people just don't know when the right time to attack the rim for a poster. I usually try when the defender is under the rim. And try to remember where the restricted area is. If they are under there it's a good chance to get a poster. Also I use X when going for posters.

Also if you are having trouble shooting, it could be a lot of things. I always could shoot but I used to be inconsistent. But now I am money. Mainly because of one thing. Check your players hotzones in his player card in MyCareer. If you have blue zones it'll be harder to make shots in that area. If they are red, it made life a lot easier.

Sorry I was rushing to respond. When I get off I might change up the response.

Speed. Your 6'3 inside PG should feel like Lebron. Max Playmaking/Athlete right?

The #1 determining factor of getting a poster animation is the ball-handlers speed going towards the basket.

If you aren't a PG, you don't have the ball-handling/acceleration to gather enough speed to get these animations most of the time unless the lane was wide open and you had a ton of room to accelerate.
