You used to be able to set illegal screens in the park. And i mean really just rail people with some heavy screens + brick wall.

SUPER FUN.

But they took that out. If you set an illegal screen you get a turnover.

Only very skilled players were capable of the PNR defense needed to defend against it. So it was changed.

Shame.

So I ended up playing some other legends, and one of them had SS and swastikas all over his body. His user name name was janeiro_ovi

I tried recording the game but for some reason it only recorded the last 12 seconds (must have just missed the 15 min cut off point) but I've posted it for the matchup stats.

I could hope. And also seeming like 2k is caring less and less about bans at this point. In the top pictures on Xbox there's at least 2 pictures of naked chicks spread eagle. I mean I don't care but I did get warned and had something removed for my Denver Nuggets remaster where it was just a picture or a fat nug for the logo.

You can still brick wall people, you just have to have your feet set. It's a bit too sensitive as far as there's times where I set s legit screen(I.e nba style "Step up" screens). But some of the moving screens? That's not an example of skill vs. Skill, that's just dirty.

I'm always confused how your signature says "Sim", but all your posts come off as a guy who doesn't play sim at all.

As a very good park and pro am player with a super player you could defend the PNR when there were illegal screens. It was really fun.

I'm a meta player. And I have certain preferences for how the game should be at the highest levels of my player Vs modes.

If illegal screens is fun, then maybe walking extra 10 steps when u pick up dribble would be very fun too..

Seriously, It's one of best mypark fix , setting good screens is actually a skill in basketball and now it translates in game as well. I don't care that its stoppable , like speedboost was stoppable, but anything that adds more realism and common sense to the game is more than welcome to me.

I know you're meta, and I get that. And yeah, a good team could defend a PNR. I'm referring to literal illegal/moving screens. That's BS, and no amount of meta talk will change that.

The illegal screen calls are very sensitive. And there's a lot of good screens that get a whistle. There's a lot of bad screens that are inconsistent.

I get miffed because I play at a high level as well. I'm very Anti-meta, but I completely understand the Meta and use that to bait a lot of players into doing what I want them to do.

I personally think the idea of the meta game in this sense is silly, but I understand why it works. I play Magic, so I get that for Meta to be more diverse, 2k needs to make diverse builds viable.

But things like talking about how "Illegal screens are fun", that paints you as a Cheeseball in my head. When I hear illegal screen, I hear moving screen. So you know, that's my thought process.

And even now it's a bit too sensitive because you can't set a screen at NBA pace. But I'll take that over the moving screen fest that occurred in 15

How are illegal screens [in the park] any less game breaking than 98% shot percentage on wide open shots because they are green?
