How are illegal screens [in the park] any less game breaking than 98% shot percentage on wide open shots because they are green?

The problem for me is that screens are a too sensitive. Step in the right direction though .

Defence has been completely watered down on park, probably to help the rookies, but it's insane. It doesn't help these players in the long run if they're just charging at the rim blindly, and being rewarded for it.

I fully agree that the green meter is also game breaking. I was against bumping up shooting since day 1

It would be great if there was some sort of matchmaking that put similarly skilled players in the same park. I can't handle playing with a 55 overall who literally doesn't know the controls, doesn't attempt to play defense, and has no understanding of basketball.

It's also not fun playing against them for the same reasons. I always laugh when I see legends hop on the got next to play three rookie ones. How's that fun for you? Playing against someone who can't stop your cheese I guess.

I share your sympathies and aspirations here... I feel a lot of my defensive attributes and badges and even positioning are having little effect on actually deterring a score..

I'm a 6ft7 260 SF with 20 defensive discipline with Eraser and players 6ft3 and under rated 88 and under are charging right into my body for successfully makes on contact drives.

I'd say the success rate is about 3 in 4 attempts... and it takes about the 4th attempt to finally see Me Winn the matchup battle.. but I have my own teammates clanking open layups and dunks so I'm not sure how the algorithm works..

It's mostly an incompetent, noob to novice type player that gets these boosts and bonuses to keep them "in the game" - the system seems to have a way for identifying these types of gamers and giving them boosts against the elite users while the elite users suffers the handicaps about 50/50 on outcomes

On another gripe note.. I been getting booted out of park games at an alarming rate past 7 days.. last night I was booted from 5 out of 8 games.. I decided to reset and recycle my Internet hardware and the issue still persisted..

I'm not sure what to do at this point considering my Internet quality is excellent and the Xbox NAT is Open.. my actually Internet connection is not dropping and I'm not being kicked completely out of the park, just the current game in progress and I'm left watching from the sideline as my bot simulates the gameplay for me.. 😱

No. lol There's no reward for doing so.

In 15, if I had to play similarly matched opposition in the rec center to get to Legend 3. Nobody would get there lmao. It's a grind enough winning 85-95% of your games against lowered skilled players. Much less 50% against equally skilled players.

To play -set up games- we had to go to german or Chinese language servers to get empty rec centers.

Same with this year, we "push the button at the same time" what a joke.

16 wasn't even worth going for high rep. Novelty of it wore off. People are legends without playing much with rep boosts.

Whole park system needs to be reworked. For all the problems last year, at least it was fun.

I wasn't factoring in any of this kind of stuff because I don't really care about any of it. I just want to play competitive games. I have fun playing against decent players who attempt to play something that resembles basketball win or lose reward or no reward.

Do you think that grinding out wins against lesser players might be part of the reason you aren't enjoying the game as much? I think people get caught up too much with rep and needing to use certain builds of players sometimes.

Im with Sunset Park on xbox one. Saw a group of 3 go on a 40 game win streak. Me and one of my buddies decided to give up our 10 game win streak and play them while they had around 27 wins. Well a hour later that streak continued to 40, including them beating us 4 times. I ended up leaving pnce they reached 40 so telling how many games they won.

Last I heard it was All-Star with Custom settings and Pro Am is Superstar with Custom settings

Lag outs right before the game start are at an all time high right now. I found myself playing against a team full of bots quite a few times. I'm hoping in 2k17 we get the Pro-Am treatment for MyPark. If the entire opposing team quits or lags out then the game just automatically ends. It's pointless in playing against the CPU for an entire game.
