6'2" Point Guard. I model my game after a Curry/Westbrook hybrid. My player is a very good shooter like Curry but has the athleticism, defense and slashing abilities of Westbrook. I really like this kind of player because there aren't many weaknesses in it. Not being too tall allows for better athleticism caps but it's also tall enough where you aren't getting stuffed every time you go for a layup.

I have more than 1 PSN acct just because of 2K lol.
For 2k17 I'll like have 1 Inside Center--tallest possible, 1 Outside PG, 1 Michael Jordan/LegendYouTube/PSN: FARKALICIOUS

6'7" playmaking/defensive power forward.
I have a 6'7" PF right now that plays at center a lot, the speed difference between my guy and 7'3" guys should be bigger but I take advantage of bigger players by pushing the break when I get the board, they can't keep up and their teammates scramble to find shooters.Comment

I'll probably go for a 6'6 or 6'7 PF in the mold of Larry Johnson.[NYK|DAL|VT]

Awful lot of people making short power forwards.........
Thank god they don't allow making 6'1" center who can jump 20 feet in the air and run like a gazelle.
Of course it doesn't help when they load the game with people like AD that shatter their "caps".Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 MyCareer- Your Player
I'm not sure yet. It will ultimately depend on the CAPS most likely. I'm an 88 overall 6'8 Outside SF, which is pretty fun because I can hang inside against most big men and can defend guards moderately well (SG's I have the hardest time with for some reason, but not PGs). Hoping I can boost his speed some.
I may also go for a Penny Hardaway type that is balanced. Going to be playing mostly MyPark and will only play MyCareer to rank up my player for MyPark, unless MyCareer actually becomes fun for me, which I doubt, since it hasn't yet.Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 MyCareer- Your Player
I'm going to keep my excitement in check until I get more information about the player creation options. If the game has grouped attributes, which stifles diversity, then I'm not going to bother with playing the game. The caps don't bother me as much if they're done reasonably, but I shouldn't have to increase my center's 3-point attribute to increase my free throw attribute. Takes away the enjoyment for me.

Last year I made a 6'11" outside center with 3PT range, this year I might make a 6God clone and go a full 7'3" 181 pound monsterJust Remember ALL CAPS When you spell the man's name

Re: NBA 2K17 MyCareer- Your Player
Usually I like to roll with a 6'7" SF, LeBron James type of dude, someone who can pass, shoot, drive the lane, play D, all of that, but last year was so damn easy to average a double double that I had to lay off rebounds at times.
Part of me this time around wants to roll with a C, in the 7'0" range, something like a Joakim Noah, someone who is a great rebounder and defender, but can shoot the ball at times.
Either that or I'll revert back to what I did back in the day and create a 6'5" SG with limitless range, he will likely never get up there and dunk but my god he'll have a sweet stroke hahaChicago Bulls•Toronto Raptors•Carolina Panthers•Toronto Blue Jays•Toronto Maple LeafsComment
