Re: NEW 2k17 MyCareer details hinted at::::
If this is true, with from what we've seen about stamina playing a big part now, and having to sub out, it would make a lot of sense.. Having a backup player that you can sub in when your main player gets tired.Comment

Adding story is cool and all but sometimes I wish they just make it like the 2k11 my player. simple but it offers the full nba experience - dleague and everythingLast edited by GudStuffzz; 08-22-2016, 09:47 PM.Comment

It would also be nice if we could choose between going to college, dleague, overseas, etc.Comment

Since "friction" seems to be a theme this year, does anyone else think there will be a Kobe/Shaq dynamic between this duo?
I wouldn't mind if 2K created their own player for this duo..as long if he isn't like Jackson Ellis. They don't have to give him a grating personality just to create friction between the two players. I'd rather he be more like Vic than Jackson "ol' J.E. in his prime, doe" Ellis.Last edited by TheVinylHippo; 08-23-2016, 04:28 AM.Comment

Re: NEW 2k17 MyCareer details hinted at::::
That was the gist of my post when it's not decontextualized, or at least part of it. Vic? He dies. He's not coming back, but I thought he was a tragic character. Livin' Da Dream was underwhelming, but two high points were the car ride and Victor's note being read aloud in the closing cinematic. Both scenes were acted well and the note humanized an "insufferable" character, which he could be in certain scenes. The specter of Jackson Ellis will seemingly loom over the 2K franchise until the end of time, at 2K's insistence. Even Ellis got his own redemptive scene in 2K14, but he was right back to his old ways as the Nike/Jordan rep in 2K15. At least he's never seen or heard from in 2K16, but I know he's there, watching. He's probably haunting your gym.Last edited by TheVinylHippo; 08-23-2016, 05:30 AM.Comment
