Hakeem is unique, i don't think there is a way to "copy" him.
At least not through attributes and playstyles, the only way
that comes to my mind would be mastering every aspect of the
post game in 2K17 and to be as creative as you can be everytime
you post up. Maybe the "Post Scorer" playstyle would help with that.
In addition to that you need a very reliable jumpshot, elite defense
(10th all time in steals too), and very good rebounding.
Hakeem was basically almost elite at anything when it comes to
basketball except maybe free throw shooting where he was
still pretty decent for a Center.

Sounds like an interesting challenge tho

We need more people to take these challenges so online isn't riddled with everyone trying to play the same.

I'll be going with a 6'8 210 Point Forward. I'd retired from playing the Point Forward this year since it wasn't possible but I plain to make a return at that position. Gonna keep his weight and wingspan low for better speed and shooting but I need him to be decent height so I truly feel the benefits of being a Point Forward.

Offensively I'll obviously be a floor general and looking for the pass, hitting open teammates at every opportunity. I want to be quicker than other SF but big enough to body guards. Most of shots will come from inside the three point arc creating off the dribble to find spots in the mid range and taking it inside for easy buckets. And although Point Forwards aren't supposed to be good in the post I want to be able to post up small guards as well as take them off the dribble and finish in the paint. I know I'm gonna have a lot of fun with this dude.

I'm surprised they didn't bring back the all around play style but I figure they thought everyone would pick that.

I always try to create a taller version of myself. I'm 6'5" and usually make myself about 6'10" and play the 4. Last year made a SF to get the extra 3pt shooting and speed.

It's gonna be hard as usual to recreate my skillset using the bucket system as I was/am a very good shooter, shot blocker, and passer. Had a good vert but never super fast or quick. Not a great rebounder but above average offensive rebounder and I'd go for a lot of tip dunks (the only kind I can still get IRL lol). Never had great handles and not a great on ball defender.

So yeah, not much of an available archetype lol.

5'10" PG..... which I do every year as I am 5'10"

'pass first' option is will be my play type if it's there, unless the other caps are too low. In which case I'd choose 'all round' or whatever option has the 2nd highest cap in playmaking.

Then after a while I'll make a centre, height depends on caps.... 7'0"-7'3"
He'll be either 'glass cleaner' or 'lockdown defender'.

Of course the most used will be 'sharpshooter' and 'shot creator'..... in whatever position gives the best value in regards to your height and physical attributes, caps etc.... 2k15 it was 7' SFs..... 2k16 it was 6'7" PGs

                  I always make 3 players

                  6'10 PF ( Athletic )
6'8 defensive beast SF (Scottie Pippen)
                  6'4 overall SG (Prime D Wade )

But I want to make a low post player this time. Might hybrid my PF with a center . Need to see the styles more in depth

                          PG: Sharpshooter (Modeled after Curry)
SG: Shot Creator (Modeled after Harden)

C: Post Scorer (Modeled after Hakeem)

If I make a power forward then probably point forward.

It's probably just the shot creator badge renamed..

If I ever decide to play My Player, I will probably make myself as I was back in the day many years ago. Which would be a SG, and a pure shooter/sharpshooter, whatever they call it in this game. I would also be a good rebounder for a 2man. Defensive wise, I wouldnt be very good, although I worked hard at it and tried, unlike Harden. Not sure what my 2nd position would be, I also played SF and PG too, so that would be a toss up, probably go with SF, as I never cared to play PG all that much, as I wasnt that good at, it but sometimes we had no choice, or I should say I had no choice in the matter, lol.
