I would be surprised at that. Anything Czar has to say about offenses you'll already know from playing the prelude.

Thursday would make more sense. After Thursday we know everything about presentation and gameplay because we've experienced it first hand, a dev diary then would just be telling us what we already know.

Conspiracy side of me thinks that they skipped Charlotte trip altogether and just added the swarm line just to make people think its authentic because who watches hornets games anyway?

They're ahead of schedule and they do this every year

It's weird because if this game was coming out around the same time it's been dropping(first week of October with last year being the first September release)then they would be ahead of schedule as far as dropping info.

Of course then we'd be begging to get more info to get us thru the rest of the month so October can get here, lol.

Maybe they should just go back to October release dates.

Theyll.look at sales numbers and say ah we did great.

Well not really. Id be leaking footage like a mad man if i had it, but might not until a couple days prior to early release

Just to clarify, are you saying they butchered the marketing or speculating the reason for the secrecy is the quality of the game?

The idea most likely came through marketings pipeline before the devs

Add to that they took their time starting and in a couple of days the demo will be out, but we have had zero HD footage with sound

There are no excuses for that.

Snoop saw and heard it

So did some baseball player

As well as ms Fang the Fifa girl

and some of those community dudes have the game early


This is trash tactics at its finest... where are the guys who designed the offense and defense, something that needed to be addressed sorely.

I appreciate the shoe trailer and yesterday, but C'mon man

They probably did scan the stadiums but just couldn't fit it in the time frame they have so maybe we see it next year

Of course, devs were likely just given a deadline. Then you have Rob mentioning how things came in late. It is what it is....just noting that it was probably a rough go for the guys actually concerned about quality.

Not really concerned (or ever concerned) with marketing....ill be playing the game in 2 days anyway...full game a week after that.
