Have you downloaded, installed, and started up "The Prelude" yet? If not, you will not be able to access the Face Scan.

Once you have, open the app and switch it from MyTeam Mobile to NBA 2K17 with the little toggle in the middle of the screen. You'll probably have to sign in to your PSN/XBL account. "Scan Your Face" should be the first option on the left under the NBA 2K17 section.

Ehh, after 2 hours I'm giving up. All the best scans I've gotten either had discoloration or weird gaps in my eyeballs. I'll try again tomorrow when there's some natural light outside.

"There was an issue with your scan. Please start again and play close attention to the instructions." I keep getting that, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

Same here, this time with the face scan I really looked like a Freq [emoji53]
I went back to 2k16 made a picture of every setting and set it manually the same in 2K17. At least now it feels like my guy[emoji106]

I completed my face scan and uploaded the images, but it is taking FOREVER to copy the game (Prelude). Currently at 84% after like an hour.

It took a while for mine, too. Probably due to everybody downloading it at once I would guess. It's worth the wait, though!

Woke up 2 hours early to get my scan in before work. Was a hilarious process going back and forth between my bathroom and my bedroom with my phone taking pics of myself. Had a few monsters (I will share those when I get home) but at the end I got that image above. Lol I don't think my head is THAT big and I think my face is alittle more centered than that but it's cool seeing myself in the game.

Also safe to say the ladies that liked me liked me for my personality and not my ummmmm handsome face. [emoji23]

I had one scan that was off, but playable. I should've kept that one. I've been getting some horrible scans lol.
