    Bigs in 2kU act weird: white one is always the 1st in transition while the black one is always bricking 3s.

    Hope It's something player related and not coded in the AI.

      Dunno about 2k17.

      Prelude really didn't excite me at all.

      Doesn't help I'm not a fan of the fantasy modes, so I wasn't overly enthralled with that, but you take what you can get.

      On the whole, the gameplay felt fluid. Rebounding was nice and the player movement felt a lot more natural, though I hated the fact signature dribbles have been removed. I had a ton of fun with them in 2k16 and now it just feels like a game of mash a stick left and right until we get something that looks like an 'and 1' handle. Not sure how I'll feel about that moving forward. Guess I'm one of the rare guys who liked the sig dribble animations being played out.

      The Prelude Kinda left me a little deflated really, guess I've got to shell out the coin and give the main game a playthrough to get a real feel for it.

        I created a 6'4 210 lb playmaker point guard. Since I did the face scan, I wanted my guy to resemble me as much as possible. Other than the games being too short, the thing that bothers me the most is that you have to ball hog and score points to get a higher rating. Well, if I wanted to do that, I would have went with a different player model. I want to dish assists and create offense. Just makes me feel like I made a mistake. Guess I'll just have to enjoy playing and not worry so much about ratings.

          That was probably answered somewhere, but once i buy my copy of the game, i'll get the cd version, how will i continue where i stopped in the prelude?

              The story is fun. I want to finish my career. Sold. But I wish my teammates would pass to me. How can I be awesome when they don't give me the ball? Lol.

              The player models look blah though. Clay figures would be how I would describe . But good overall.

                Your MyCareer file is saved and you will be able to load it on the actual game.

                  I had the ball at half court with my guard while the black center was behind me at the free throw line, went full turbo speed on the break and not only did he catch up to me, he actually overtook me by the time i got to the rim.

                  Pretty sure something is seriously wrong with speed this year, i've seen a lot of big man speed boosts so far. Or maybe they just gave all the bigs in the demo 99 speed to troll us.

                    Its a demo....you're also playing as the devs. Their attributes are probably maxed out. Hit the panic button when it happens in the full game.

                      The one bad thing I noticed in the prelude is I got caught on an outlet pass, on the catch, as the cpu jumped under me, not giving me any chance to catch it, and it was a charge. that's potentially bad for player vs player.

                        Some post work with big man # 5....

                        Post game is nice this year, a lot of read and react (I actually finished with the wrong hand in some of these, lol)...you notice all those little animations they added

                            Honestly a bit of a letdown. Just wasn't that great played the same as 16 in terms of enjoyment.

                            Everyone seems weightless.. Centers don't feel heavy, they feel like they're in mud instead but same weight.

                            I don't see this ultra response time either.. That's what bothers me most.. It's the damn same nearly, delayed response to dribbling and shooting.. Defense movements all look jittery and the same.

                            Really didn't find this demo very fulfilling..

                            2k11 was still way more responsive and explosive. Why does 2k hold back SO MUCH on explosiveness and athleticism.. like everything has to be so soft.

                            Hope it's just these D leaguers

                              I really hope live comes strong when they drop theirs, I know they won't, but seriously getting so tired of 2ks soft direction.. It's just a bore.. They try way too hard to be sim

                                Biggest annoyance is all the fouling still.. Everything's a drive and foul on the same finger roll animation
