This is the most stressful thing in the world. I have done everything yall have suggested but everytime it fails for some reason doesnt even say why...... I dont know what to do at this point

Are you turning your head too far? I was. You only need to tilt your head slightly left and right whilst keeping your eyes staring straight at the Camera. Also make sure you have even light (ie. Don't do it indoors with artificial lighting) and that your head is so close to the screen that it practically fills the whole oval and takes up the whole screen. Make sure your head isn't literally INSIDE the oval, rather that the oval ACTUALLY OUTLINES your face.

I had your problem and after I followed those tips I got 2 scans which I am certain are as close to looking like me that you can ever get. I'm really impressed this year.

Good advice for a really accurate scan is to lay down on bed. Get a small light or lamp in off hand(if you dont have natural sunlight) and fill your face in the circle not your entire head. After countless times before I did that I got terrible results, but as soon as I did what I stated above it took me 3-4 times tops. I'll post results in a few my daughter drained my battery on phone haha. Trust me, try out those tips and you will be pleased.

I used front facing camera inside the house near a large window. I think the key is not to let too much light on the face so it's not overexposed.

anyone else having this issue when i do my scan and go on my ps4 and press on scan my face it says there was an issue with your scan make sur you followed the instructions. i tried it like 20 times still the same thing

You can look at how the scan turns out and then back out of the menu if you don't like it and your original one will still be there when you come back.

Got myself a way better one.... I've scanned numerous times so I thnk I'm done for a good while. The resemblance is really there though.
