That's true but honestly they have never mentionned anything about it. It's not like they should refrain from using cool editing filters just because people are gonna get their hopes up, it's a little crazy. And since if they don't advertise it it's obvious it's not gonna be in the game so nobody's gonna get the game thinking retro filters are in so basically they have no interest in doing that purposely.

2k really is something else when compared to other video game companies that show love to their supporters. i can bet that superstar legend cyberfaces like olajuwon, shaq, and others who were not on the dream team weren't touched. it's bascially "give me your $ and screw you".

Yeah, them not mentioning it kind of told me that its probably not in the game even though that 1 vid of shoes made you wonder about it. I had figured it wasnt in since I dont think thats something they would leave out of the new addtions, its just some people did see that quick take in the shoe vid and the specuation started.

Leftos confirned its not in, so that should be the end of it the specualtion now anyway for people.

You and I both know that over the years, they have pulled some tricks on people, so I never put anything past them anymore. I will say since Leftos and Czar was hired along with Beds, that kind of stuff hasnt really happened. The past couple years I cant say they have tried to cover anything up, its definitely been improved on since those guys were added to the team. Not that I put blame on the devs or LD2k and Ronnie, they only can do or say what those who right their pay checks tell them.

They definately have played us a couple of times. Body scanning recently but this time it doesn't feel malicious at all to me.

I think NBA Live days are the same as over. They have proven they cant compete.

To a certain extent I agree competition is a good thing, but MLBTS even when 2k made baseball didnt have any competition and they have always made a good game, except this yr they kind of too a small step back, but until this yr it had always been top notched.

And even when Live was out it wasnt like 2k had real competition much like MLBTS when 2k made their trash baseball game. If the devs have a passion for that sport, like NBA2k devs have just like MLBTS devs have with their game, then I think the game will continue to improve. It might be smaller steps, depending on how much the higher ups let the devs do, but smaller steps isnt alwasy a bad thing, trying to do too much and outdo the other company at times leads to more bugs. NBA2k has shown improvements from 15 on, so I expect it to continue on this year and beyond, as long as the devs stay the same and they keep the current people they have.
