There's definitely no scripting because my guy is only projected to go in the middle of the first round.
I played ok but averaged B- to B+ only. Will need to do better in the NBA.

Re: has anybody got higher then lottery pick in the prelude?
I was foolish to assume a good team-made grade and an overall good playstile would get you a top 3. I was playing great team-ball with 8+ assists 13 avarage points 4 boards 4 steals and an A team-mate grade. My stock remained lottery throughout the whole thing. After asking around on twitter, multiple ppl told me all they did was get 20PPG for a top 3. So basically you need to be selfish to get a perk that'll help you out throughout the game.Comment

Re: has anybody got higher then lottery pick in the prelude?
I don't think the stats from the app are 100% accurate (at least pulling from Prelude... Maybe full game is different story)... Says my career high is one steal, yet my spg is listed as as 0.00.. Even if I only had one steal in all of the games, with the low game total the average would be higher than 0.00, so casts a little doubt on rest of info.
Didn't get crazy numbers (flirted with double-doubles as a PF; don't think I scored above 14), got all A's, won title, and was lottery pick for almost entire time with the blurbs and young Skip Bayless ripping me hahaha
For the bonus game, did anyone see a prob with CPU getting called for a ton for 5 seconds closely guarded? Happened 5 times in my game without me on ball... CPU PG had ball dribbling in place top of key each time with defender just playing normal D... Would happen at start of possession.Comment

Last year I had a C and PG play great smart basketball through college, both picked around 10th. I made a 3pt shooting SF and went out there just chucking..... 1st pick
2K always puts too much weight on the scoring in their 'best player' algorithms.... be it getting drafted, POG, MVP or Finals MVP
I knew this already, so assumed my pass first playmaking PG was never gonna get 1st pick.Comment

Re: has anybody got higher then lottery pick in the prelude?
I was a 6'11 Post Up C and averaged about 10pt 8reb 3ast and 1.5blk a game and got lottery. I also got an A+ grade every game. I was really hoping to go the LAL. Hope they have pre draft interviews or something

Made a different account to try out post up C and got about 17 and 10 and all As in grade. Thought for sure this was good enough to get top 3 but nope, still lottery.Comment

Hmmm interesting. I averaged 17.6, 7 and 1.5 at center and averaged an A teammate grade and was still lottery graded. There's probably some kind of ppg threshold you have to hit.Comment
