I'm pretty sure you can contact Millennium to plead your case on a ban you felt was not worthy. People have had bans overturned many times.

If Millennium wants to chime in with the way to appeal a ban that would be great.

Here it is, in the OP:

If you are banned and fell like it was done wrongfully, please email [email protected] or Tweet me at www.twitter.com/MillenniumOS and I will listen to your appeal.

For example: Regarding the "authentic arenas and sounds issue".

Example 1 - What to say: The crowds sound the same and I didn't notice much of a difference at all in the playoff atmosphere. Hopefully they can make this better either in an update or maybe next year.

Example 2 - What not to say: The crowds sound the exact same garbage as last year, and I'm sick of it. I'm sick of 2K lying and continuously feeding us lies every year. They haven't updated anything at all, and the rim, the net, the balls hitting the wood, and the buzzers are all a waste of time.

See the difference? The 2nd example is not only NOT being constructive, but it's taking little jabs at 2K and that's not a good look here at OS.

Everyone is obviously allowed their opinion, as long as it's not ridiculous like example 2.

This thread that was created by Millenium is in fact your warning. But to be honest, people should really use their heads and not say things that will get them removed from this community.

Man...that example 1 is everything but constructive criticism. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hoping that they will fix an issue that have been in the game for years now without giving proper examples and proofs is not constructive.
Its just like saying " they ignored one of the most requested features of the community, again! Oh well...lets hope they will change it next year "
            Thus giving them a pass

The developers have taken steps to get the arena sounds more authentic, and I have noticed that while the crowds are a little better, they're not at the point of where we want them yet.

We want the crowds more lively in certain situations and playoff situations, right? So me saying hopefully they can get it next year IS being constructive.

The example and point I was trying to make was the difference between being constructive or helpful to the situation and not blatantly bashing a game developer. That was the difference my friend. It's not giving them a pass but more trying to be civil and respectful about it.

(Sorry, just trying to explain and not getting off-topic)

You missed my point. Its not about being disrespectful or bash the devs, its about showing out proofs, showing them videos, pics and whatnot.
Being hopeful that something will be fixed next year. Especially when a feature is advertised a lot (authentic arena sounds) and the feature is not in the retail game (yet..) but hey..

To each his own, I guess.

Honestly, arena sounds ARE in the game. The crowd, the nets, the balls hitting the floor, the buzzers, it's all in the game. The devs didn't deceive you.

The crowds need to be tweaked so they're more crazy during playoff times, but the authentic sounds are....authentic.

And with that being said, people were going crazy about the crowds BEFORE they even had the game AND were bashing 2k ontop of it...so come on..please.

Breh, there is a whole thread dedicated to this matter in this forum with actual footage of the game showing that there's no difference between 2k16 and 2k17, the chants are the same. I mean the game is out now. And as of now there's a lot of things that they hyped in the trailer that are not in the game.
But yeah...Lets stop derailing this thread. 🤔

Thanks to MillenniumOS for the unban! I have learned my lesson. Feels great to be back after a whole week of no OS sports talk. For now on I'll be using constructive criticism.

These forums are getting too heated and nasty now. I love the game but people are way overboard with some things. Criticism, constructive, is great but all I see is the devs begin bashed and everything is broken. Ill never enjoy this game if I keep reading all the posts. I'm falling back ; )
