Great post!

But all ppl will do is complain about retros that will never be in 2k17 instead of wanting upcoming or released shoes like Lillard and Kyrie 3s and the LeBron 14s.

What's crazy is I literally just made most of those Colorways this week and they're already in the game Big ups to Hawktastic and 2K once again.

Sorry boss but everybody isn't in the boat you're in. Its about nostalgia man. Honestly the whole create a shoe option is lame. They don't even look official compared to the scans. Instead out the ol'skool kicks back in. What's the point of ol'skool rosters and not feature the shoes they we're sportin.

For real, wake up and smell the roses. Retros are not the priority, whether it be teams or kicks. A really small percentage of players use retro teams, and a large majority, sadly, could really care less about retro kicks. You want everything to look right, get off your console, play 2K17 on PC and look at the work modders put in.

just because people want retros doesn't mean we aren't grateful for the new shoes constantly being added, it's awesome, i can free up a bunch of custom slots

your question is common sense.. 2K gets these analytics and if more people DID indeed use the classic teams then more work would be put into them. Its plain and simple. Its why current teams and game modes get the most love because their analytics show that.

They arent ignoring classic teams, they just arent putting them in as high as priority as new shoes.
