You might want to make sure those upgrades are unequipped. I'm like a level 100 in MyGM from doing so many simmed, non-completed seasons & I have about every upgrade - this causes faster player development, less injuries, higher offense/defense awareness, etc. Which really enhances your team.

Shiiiiit... Can you actually unequip them? Wish I knew that. How is that done?

I'm also up there, and my MyGM's are getting dull in no time because my teams are so OP. Not fun doing a rebuild, when your prospects reach an 85 OVR at 21 years of age. It's just too easy. Not to mention having a bench - even the nobodies on the reserves - having 75-82 OVR.

When you get into the GM upgrades menu look at the bottom left corner & it should say press square for all badges unequipped. Something like that.

Yeah it gets too OP & takes away from the fun.

Can I ask, since you guys are up there, what's the point of Staff Potential? Does it increase staff rating? Or players rating? Or is it just an alphabetical decor?

I believe their offense/defense grades will increase/decrease over the course of 2-3 seasons. Supposedly staff can gain badges as well. I personally don't pay much attention to staff potential because I personally have never checked to see if the grades actually change.

Ok. It sounds like staff rating (forget Potential) has no impact to players? Anyway, I hire staff based on badges now no longer ratings.

I think it does affect your overall team rating but not sure about the gameplay. I look for badges as well.

At what level is business analytics available? Cause this is Season 5 and I'm still in the red. Increasingly in the red (business) because some of my rosters have Extremely Important salary attribute.

THANKS FOR ASKING, even if I AM on Page 99.

My 3rd Season is going great... the rosters are incredible. I am Playing a Season on Superstar, 7 minutes, half the full 81 game schedule or what not.... with the 2003-2004 Memphis Grizzlies AND i am using the newly completed RINGLESS RETRO COMPLETED ROSTERS with every single team by Blufyre and i'm blown away. The RETRO REBRANDS are unbelievable and the play has never been better... truly a chess match on defense!!

Im also currently deep in GM MODE. Almost at the ALL STAR BREAK (in a full 81 Game Season, ALL STAR) and really loving it. I started off like drop 5-25 and now am nearing back to .500 as I have got ALL STAR AI pretty much whooped I guess by going to the basket. By the Way I am playing with the 1999-2000 SACRAMENTO KINGS....in the year 1999. How fcking cool is that, I get to rewrite history man. Really love all the decisions I make as GM and wish they would expand it even further.


Finally I did a NCAA season I mess with occassionally....my SCarolina Gamecocks Final 4 baby! REBRANDS ARE AWESOME BUT COME ON GUYS GET TO KNOW SOUTH CAROLINA. They have 2 late first rounders this year....their on the MAP with Dozier and Thornwell.


To conclude I am taking the 99 (and counting) Historic Teams in one File from PSN: AIRMATIC96 's HISTORICTEAMS2REMIX and taking my favorite 36 and planning to avoid all dupolicate players and start a MY LLEAGUE in that. Got the teams... just no contracts.. and having trouble finding the good REBRANDS for the Retro teams... sso i Will not play that One till it is PERFECT!

GOOD DAY! Happy 2king. This game is the best sports game I have ever played bar none.

Haha, wow. Thanks a lot! I couldn't understand why MyGM was getting so frustratingly easy. I recently tried starting a Lakers save, but after the first season, all of my prospects was nearing their peak already and I was basically contending for a title. So I decided to end it, way too unrealistic.

He's already age 37 at 91 overall. He's the top free agent and he has a 3 year 100 mill offer from Cavaliers.

From the forum here I thought it's impossible to sign a free agent. So out of curiosity I negotiated with LeBron. To my surprise he's only focused on "getting that W's" and said he'll sign for 3 year 16 mill!

Well I tried. He accepted. And now he will be the Spurs' PF!

Can't believe this happens. He has 5 star ⭐️ play for winner and loyalty. One star ⭐️ on the money.

hi, i am experiencing in game freezing everytime i try to play a game. i am in my second season, i played all 82 games last season on hall of fame 10 minutes. idk if it is because of storage or what but i cant play anymore. the game wont get past the 1st quarter. it always freezes around the 3 minute remainin mark. i have cleared reserved space, reset consol, deleted nba 2k17 and re downloaded it and the problem still occurs. myGM is my favorite mode and 2k is not letting me continue it. i do not know what the problem is but i am on xbox one. This is very irritating. i have tried playing this game 5 times. Freezes everytime. please reply. thankyou.
