As you can see, there are a lot of coaches that are on 1-yr deals. And I know this may be considered "minor" to some people, but since there is no way we can actually edit these contracts, it does dampen the realism, especially for those playing MyGM/MyLeague modes.

Update: So it seems like the contracts are auto-generated and vary between either a 1-yr or 2-yr deal. For example, when I started another MyLeague, Tom Thibodeau was, this time, signed to a 2-yr/$5.32M contract.

All in all, it seems like the system only generates 1-yr or 2-yr deals. There was no coach or any staff, for that matter, that was contracted for more than 3 years+

this becomes a real issue in MyLeague when Pop is coaching the Nuggets and Spo is coaching the Celtics in season 2

for 92 Dream Team, MJ's Olympic Shoes are in the game. How about assigning his actual Olympic 7s to Dream Team MJ instead of him wearing generic 7s or better yet, let US edit the Olympic Teams (atleast the shoes)...
