I'm guessing it might be too early since they haven't started playing games yet, but here are some shoe brand changes that seem to be needed

Tyler Johnson from Nike to Li-Ning
Willie Reed from Jordan to Nike
Derrick Williams from Jordan to Nike
Josh Richardson from Nike to Jordan (he switches back and forth, but wore Jordan in the playoffs and media day)

Michael Jordan should wear the Olympic colorway of the Air Jordan 7 (which is in scanned in the game) on the dream team.

Greg Monroe, Carter-Williams to 2nd unit
Greg Monroe and Michael Carter-Williams will move to the bench to start training camp.
They will be replaced by Miles Plumlee and Rashad Vaughn. Monroe did come off the bench for 12 games last year and arguably played better in those, averaging 14.3 points, 9.0 boards, 2.3 dimes, 1.2 blocks and 1.0 steals on 52.9 percent from the field. There's plenty of talk of Monroe being moved in a trade, so maybe that is a factor here along with the Khris Middleton (hamstring) injury. Monroe is a decent pick in the late middle rounds of standard leagues.

Also noticed Mike Conley was wearing Jordan, not Under Armour.
EDIT: Brandon Jennings on the Knicks seems to have also switched from Under Armour to Nike.

I still think 2k need to put the Retro's in the Nike category. They are basically NIKE Shoes, some of them got the Check and everything seriously

Can't see if it was mentioned by Gary Payton II of Houston has had his salary guaranteed for the season, so no reason not to include him.

Are player portraits being updated? Some guys like Zaza and Biyombo don't have them on the roster screen, should be simple to grab some off media day.

Player portraits should definitely be updated. One minor complaint is that Salah Mejri is the only player in the game whose "From" section in the bio is listed as None. He is from Tunisia. Shouldn't be hard to put that in there. Also, bigger complaint, is how Tobias Harris and Marcus Morris' positions are switched in the official roster. In the starting unit, Morris plays the 3 and Harris the 4. They had it wrong last year, and I'm shocked that isn't fixed.

Has there been any mention of the fact that Jerseys are not available to custom rosters? Seems that they are still tied to roster updates and not independent updates like advertised.
