Official NBA 2K17 Bugs & Glitches Thread

Whats the bug?
My My Player save file is gone. I had a 91 point forward who has played 38 games with the Denver Nuggets. Now the save file says a 77 Point Foward who isn't assigned to any team. Also when I go into standing teams are about to play their first games of the year. When I click on the save file it shows my attributes of my old player and even says I'm a 91 yet I can't progress in My career because I have no team. All my endorsements and achievements are still there as if I played the 38 games previously but now I'm stuck. Also, initially my player was invisible and I had to re-make his appearance.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in?
My Career.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

It happened randomly. I re-loaded my game file from the cloud but it shows the same incorrect my player save file and didn't help.

How often has the bug been reproduced?

Every time since initially seeing this issue.

Anyway to fix this so I can play MyCareer again and keep building my player?

You need to be up or down by 11 to sit and earn VC.

I think after a certain point/limited time in the game you can do it at any time. I very often sim out of games for VC when the game is out of reach (like say, down 5 with 4 seconds and the cpu has the ball). Or same with the lead. That way I can skip the hand shaking, walking off the court, sometimes Jordan Brand POG (if my team loses) and so on. Saves so much time, since the presentation in this game is slow for my taste.

Either way, the bug was adding another OT period. As you can tell by OT period 100.

The sound is out in walk on PS4, the announcer works and you'll hear some random cheers sometimes but it's dead quiet post patch.

Player complains about broken promise after doing exactly what is asked

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in?
MyGM in year #2 of the process. Did not happen in year 1

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Player asked to raise/lower intensity in practice. I promise to do so, and then proceed to. 1-2 weeks later, player complains about a broken promise.

How often has the bug been reproduced?
Has happened to both players I made a promise to in year #2

Whats the bug? When I load up my career it has me in the gym but my player is invisible. He carries his bag into the door but you can't see him. I try to press 'advance' and all it does it go to the loading screen then back to the my gym where i started. Tried playing my park to hopefully fix it and he's invisible there too.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? My Career

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Not sure? Might have left a game early but nothing out of the ordinary.

How often has the bug been reproduced? The past two times I've tried to play.

Menus and gameplay move super quick (Cannot play like this)

Played 1 game of black top and then this happened. Till then everything worked fine.

How often has the bug been reproduced?
Ongoing

Whats the bug? Substitutions made before dead ball situation does not happen

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? MyLeague/Season

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? deadball situations where announcers are discussing about statistics of a player or a team.

How often has the bug been reproduced? everytime since NBA 2k15

Whats the bug? assistant coaches are in the huddle during timeouts not the head coaches

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? MyLeague Season

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Every timeout, start of every quarter

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Started the Season before the update of shoes

Whats the bug? Going into the post immediately triggers the AI to spam reach ins

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? MyGM

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Going into the post. Happens every time, Boban ends up shooting nearly 30 FT's a game.

Lost free throw attribute after patch 1.04

Won't know how often until the attribute is gained after a team practice

Whats the bug? Customized teams jersey logos disappearing. In addition, the wrong team uniforms appear in customized MyLeague.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? MyLeague Season.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Seems to happen at random.

What's the bug: Myplayer face scan edit doesn't save just gets stuck on uploading and you can't cancel with B.

The Head Presets on the game save just fine my Face Scan won't.

FYI this also happens when I add any tattoos to MyPlayer.
