My league offline

Game crashes in quick edit mode, always near the end of tendencies(after when I've spent maybe 20 minutes tweaking the team I'm about to play) where I lose all progress and have to do it again. It's happened probably a dozen times the past month and it's ridiculous.

Haven't had that problem, contact 2k on there support site maybe they can help

Appreciate the response. Unfortunately I bet all they will tell me is to reinstall which will take me 12+ hours. They should just fix the bugs in their game. I shouldnt have to edit the game in the first place this much but I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. I understand it's a difficult task. I'm just fed up.

Not sure if this was mentioned, but the last 4 games I've played player-lock in MyLeauge the CPU has cheated. Not the normal make every shot cheating, but when I subbed out of the game my team had 55 points, when I subbed back in (4 minutes later) we had 41 points.

This combined with every point and shooting guard having 99 open three point, and random coaches giving 5 players 48 minutes makes you wanna break the disc in half sometimes...

Keep getting the same cutscene with the reporter every gym session so I can no longer train.

The damn one where the reporter tells me to demand a trade, i can no longer train in the gym because of this damn cut scene. I've restarted PS4, played a game and it still happens.

Any fix?

Rhythm dribbles cannot be edited in CAP.

2K needs to enable this.

PC version 2 Bugs.

First player progression in MyGM is non existant, Have CPU Jalen Brown still same rating after 4 years, Kris Dunn same after 4 years, Simmons also same after 4 years. I have Thon Maker his overall is 74 after 4 years. Also winning a championship I noticed on the PC PLAYERS DO NOT EARN BADGES IN MYGM. I repeat players do not get badges on the PC MyGM, I started a new one and sim'd 5 years no one earned new badges. Also progression was terrible. Staff also regressed, none increased on lots in terms of staff.

Secondly I saw a thread on this one bug too, recently the buttons will just not respond, has nothing to do with controller input. I launched a second game to see if it was with my controller, the inputs were fine 2k wasnt registering them, probably has to do with a ninja update.


The last isnt a bug but something that has been bothering the hell outta me. The CPU cheats you heavily, and I mean heavily.

My personal favorite thing they'll do is use one there players and just walk up to you guarding someone on the perimeter, and basically just walk off with you. Literally you'll do the animation were I guess your fighting for position and they just walk your guy away using the animation, giving the guy your guarding and open shot. It pissed me off one game so bad I went to the sliders for the first time and literally turned off contact to see if it would still happen, it did. So its gotta be a bug.

Another is the zig zag center and as soon as I switch, I mean right that second they'll pass it. They do this because it wouldnt be possible for me to steal and they throw it right over my head, my CPU will allow this and when I take over the CPU just wait for me to swap on him then throw it it.

User controlled player getting double teamed in first quarter after scoring 8 or so points..leading to easy one pass away scores. There are threads about this, BELUBA needs to see this.

It can't stay this way all year for all of us offline guys, its just not right... Coaches would mayyybe throw a double team at someone in the 4th quarter, not in the first, specially not on the perimeter...

This and the CPU not reacting to ball screens properly, needs to be fixed asap!

1. Starting a new MyCareer - Michael B Jordan & Kobe's convo has no sound.

2. No crowd in the stands

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in?
MyCareer - all games (college or NBA)

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
1. Happens every time
2. Closing app and rebooting fixes it but my boot screen is like a 10min wait. Not sure what the trigger is

How often has the bug been reproduced?
1. Always
2. After 3-4 games

Whats the bug?: All of my apps are silent while NBA 2K17 is running. This is a 2K17 issue, as all my other games do not render the rest of my apps silent while they're running.

Not sure if it is a bug or glitch but I have had the game for about a month or so now and it was working fine.

I had started an expansion franchise and was in the 2019 season and decided to delete and start over.

Now my game won't load past the Title Screen with all the NBA Team logos on it.

Anyone have this issue?

Your #3 issue is my biggest problem. I 100% agree with you it's way too easy to score on HOF. I created an athletic 2 guard rated 81 with no jumpshot (want him to develop organically) but he still is averaging 26 on 47%+ shooting and it's highly irritating. I think the issue is defense, there is no double help in 2k which is why every time there is a double team someone will be wide open with no contest. Everyone complain about offense when the real issue is defense and defensive sets. Look when you play, players that are 2 passes away will deny instead of being in a help position between the ball & their man. Using any player with a rating above 73, you can score 20+ points consistently and without much difficulty.
