Dynamic Rule Changes MyLeague?

Ithought there was Dynamic rule changes in MyLeague but so far I been unable to find it, am I missing it or is it hidden somewhere in a menu i overlook ?

Not in menu. Happens in off season. Not able to be controlled by user.

From what i understood from the blog we could turn it on or off, that means there must be an option somewhere to do that then i would think

dynamic rule changes are in MYGM aswell right? its not just a MyLeague on feature?

Once approved by the league, the option to decline implementation should appear, at least that is what I understoof from blog and thread comments

On the League Meeting menu, just press the primary button to pop an overlay that allows you to override the league's decision (either way).

I guess we can only do this in MyLeague. I wish we could do this in Play now mode as well.

When I get into MyGM, I'm going to vote to get rid of the pseudo-zone defense and go back to straight man-to-man defense.

Would be nice if we could just turn it on and off in the options and if we could choose the rules at the start of your myleague.
