I know this a noob question for sure. But this is my 1st year engaging MyLeague and I gotta say it's pretty amazing how much customization you can perform.

My question is, once you take control of a team (which I know how to do), how do you rebrand them with a downloaded design? I see how you download the entire design and I see it in my "uploaded" options, but how do you actually apply that new design/ rebrand to the actual team? All I see is "replace with current design", does that apply the new design or is it done a different way?

Any help would be appreciated.

This is a gameplay question. Specifically on the defensive end.

When your highlighted player (player you are controlling) is out of position from his man or opts to guard somebody else, what settings do we modify in order for the CPU teammates to rotate towards the initial man of the highlighted player?

Additionally, what defensive settings are you guys using?
I noticed also that there are no more player-specific defensive setting. Not sure though if that was removed in 2k16.

How do u change on the fly play through player? Ex I was using the cavs and the only play through was set to Thompson and I could change to Lebron for instance.

Replace with current design is it if I remember correctly (away from home PC at the moment). When you download the design from online you'll get that option and that will do as it says -- replace the current team's branding/court/uniforms with those downloaded from online (assuming what you downloaded online has all those assets, some are only uniforms for current squads and that doesn't change the team branding/court, which preserves the arena sounds/etc).

Being that you're new to MyLeague, I'd start a MyLeague strictly for testing/design purposes (I have one myself). In the regular season you can rebrand and upload designs and you can select those designs in other MyLeague's (the designs are attached to your user and not the MyLeague file itself once uploaded). Makes a great playground for playing around with things and experimenting, and there's no risk to the MyLeague file you don't want to accidentally mess up.

Does anyone know how to turn on the infographic on the top right corner of the screen which would show general player ratings (3pt 2pt etc), or the selected player's basic game stats. This is for MyGm/MyLeague/MyTeam.

I could have sworn the graphic was there when I played yesterday, and now it is gone. I have been messing around with all options that sound related but I can't get that infobox back!!

Can someone explain defensive settings. Like the pre rotate, help no rotation and tag roll I think alot of us would like to know if their is anybody out there with the knowledge

Sometimes when I contest a shooter my player will foul them. It really frustrates me. I feel I get punished for contesting a shot. Is there anything I can do to stop it?

Sometimes when I contest a shooter my player will foul them. It really frustrates me. I feel I get punished for contesting a shot. Is there anything I can do to stop it?

Are you jumping to block his jumpshot?

Can you do plays made for individual players? For example, in 2k12 and I think 2k13, I could go to a play calling screen, say for the Celtics, and would be a paly calling screen like...

Press L1 to call up the play calling menu and then hit the button corresponding to whoever you want to call a play for (ex. X on PS4 for your PG). Then you'll have a menu of plays for that guy.

Thanks a lot, appreciate the feedback. Thats pretty much what Im doing. Im running a test MyLeague to figure out the functionality before I start a real one. There is so much you can do with it, Im having a blast with it. Probably the best franchise mode Ive ever experienced and Ive played them all.

Ive always done MyGM and for the hardcore franchise user, MyLeague is far superior. Its not even close.
