No Pre-game Show For Community Created Teams in MyLeague?

I've only played a couple game in MyLeague with my community created team but I've noticed that even when I turn the 2kTV off it goes strait to the tip off and bypasses the pre-game show and opening of the game where Harlan and the others are talking completely. It doesn't even show the Win-Loss record screen and the team matchup. Just goes straight from calendar to tip-off. Anyone else having this same problem?

They can't really have any lines talking about fake teams i guess.

There was a pre-show last year though with the community created teams. It just called them The Away Team or Home Team. It showed stats for your players and everything. It's kinda disappointing IMO. So much so I'm thinking of re-starting my MyLeague and using one of the default NBA Teams or one of the pre-built teams.

Yea I've been having this problem and I've seen a few others are having the same as well.

It does work if you start as a real team and then move them (At-least for me) but expansion teams don't seem to work at all

I know I sound picky but presentation immersion is a biggie for me. It's disappointing but at least I'm not very deep into MyLeague yet so it doesn't bother me to start over. Does suck but it is what it is.

Nah man I feel you, I'm the same way, feels like a quick game without it and not a franchise game that means something outside the game

The trade off is not having an online save and being dependent on their servers. That's worth it to me.

It seems to work if you use one of the pre-built teams as an expansion team.

I just had a pregame show for my custom teams they only called the teams by the city names

It probably works if you name your team the same as the city it's in. In my case I had the Kentucky Wildcats placed in the city of Louisville. The game new the team wasn't named Louisville so that's probably why it bypassed for me.

I have a pre built team and I don't get any of the presentation I get with the real teams. I thought it was just me.

I asked support and they told me to clear cache which didnt work, and I tried replacing a real team with a created and it works so idk...
