I was at 700 boards (300 offensive) when my file corrupted so I lost all badge progress after 2K transferred my player.... Currently grinding again.

i currently have 216 OREB, 1162 total - so im hoping 250 is the magic number lol

250 was the magic number for me. I got the grand badge before the HOF. Here is how I unlocked mine.

A little off topic but for putbacks

I'm getting into postion, boxing my man out for the offensive rebound and I go up to do a putback, then ....

I just brainlessly jump into the air and the ball goes straight past me??



My centre is a glass cleaner close to maxed rebounding and with hall of fame putback king, and gold hustle rebounder but it seems everytime I got to do a putback, instead of a regular rebound and then throw a shot up I just randomly jump into the air with no attempt at all.

Anyone have any help?

i seem to do the same thing, more often than not.

i see a lot of guards and 3s i play with get more than i do.

I know it's timing and postion, but if you off wouldn't it be logic you just go for the regular rebound or put up a bad putback shot instead of randomly jumping

Update: Since I had to start from scratch after almost having the HOF badge I am now at 842 total reb. (312 offensive/530 defensive) and still nothing.

I'm, at 646 defensive and 357 offensive now (1003 total). Have all other badges HOF. Man it blows I had to restart the grind I would've had it a long time ago. This is by far the worst and hardest badge to grind for.

I got the grand badge like 20 games ago. Im nearing 700 defensive boards I hope thats the number.

yes, it is. it's the running joke in my proam team. glass cleaners got it the worst, but the HOF badge is definitely nice.

i just sigh every time someone rolls out a SS or whathaveyou, and they can pull down HOF and pro badges in 20-30 games.

i will say playmakers/point forwards got it pretty bad too for HoF dimer, but at least you have a more measurable amount of control when it comes to assists (for the most part).

at any rate, just laugh it off now that you've got the badge. after i got it for my GC, i started working on and capped off dimer and anklebreaker. because, why not? nothing is as rough as HOF hustle rebounder!

It's almost like rebounding drunk I have a little mor ease with them when I run in instead of standing under the rim. Also when attempting your guy jumps straight up because your standing if you come in at an angle your guy will have a wider spot he can grab the ball from while in air

Guys, please give me some help about this hustle rebounder badge.
I am a 6"9 Point forward, maxed rebound, played every match in the regular season, skipping only the rising stars game. Here myplayer got 3 oreb, which I excluded in my count. I have a total of 651 rebounds, 114 of them are offensive.

Reading here guys say they got it by getting 80-100 oreb and 200+ dreb.

Whats the deal with this badge? I have 35 Badges in total, i got Dimer HoF exactly on my 1200th assist, so I know I never skipped a single match.

I read on the "hustle rebounder" that asking out may cause a reset in your rebound progress!! Is this the deal behind it? If so, why the hell I was able to get all the others? Is there something I can do to get it, and not start the grind all over in the next season? My goal was to get ALL Badges in my rookie season and it would be a shame if there is a broken mechanic refusing me to get it

I'm not sure what to say, you SHOULD have the badge already. Hustle Rebounder unlocked at 80 O and about 300 D. HOF unlocked at 400 O and 1200 D.

I'm finding that almost everyone has ONE broken badge. For me, it's bronze Corner Specialist. Can't unlock it even with 250+ corner 3's, shooting over 60%. Aside from Charge Card (not gonna bother) and Tireless Scorer (working on that one now), I have the rest
