I only have the update from today, not the patch. I resumed a game I had saved & it's playing horrendous right now. CPU is at an even more breakneck pace than before, no patience at all in half court sets. Ball is a hot potato with no rhyme or reason where it's going. Also more spamming the paint and less threes. Really disappointed with this.
I hope it's maybe just a weird thing with resuming a saved game and the next full game played will be back to normal. Maybe just momentarily screwed up and has nothing to do with the prompted update. Hope so anyhow as I was really liking it before resuming this saved game just now.
