What are you expecting them to reach 100 and beyond? I'd guess that is the max for your archetype.

Nothing has changed in all the initial values.

Hands remain at 80, and time reaction at 90, after so many +1..

idk bro. reaction time is a separate drill. most of mine hit 99

My reaction time is 99 and free throws at 65, up from 60.

Hands, IQ Shot, Intangibles and Draw Fouls remain all to initial value.
How many times have to be reinforced each? Just one to obtain a progress?

It's faster if you do it after the team practice.

Hold L2+R2 and cancel after the coach start saying "All right, now..."

My friend upgraded his free throw +3 to a 67 yesterday post patch, while he was at the line during a pro-am game his free throw was a 64 again.

I think maybe the boosts only apply to mycareer and I'm not gonna waste my time doing drills if that's the case. I want some solid evidence that those attributes carry over to online play or I have no reason to do these.

Where should I see?

Press Circle while you're on MyCourt ---> Stats/Standings ---> Player Stats ---> press the right stick (R3) ---> use L2/R2 to find the attributes of your player

Is the Dribble Move drill the only way to improve Offensive Consistency for MyCareer? That drill seems to be glitched for me during Team Practices.. very rarely will it even give me the prompt to start the drill.. most Team Practices the coach never even goes to the area where the drill should start and there's no option to work on the drill.

Sucks because I have a 95 ovr MyPlayer with 41 offensive consistency rating

Doesn't it fluctuate at the FT line depending on the aim, timing and fatigue?
