Of course you don't mind at all you're a lockdown defender & YOUR player rating don't drastically drop from what you are being told...... My guy goes from a 95 overall to a REAL 79 overall YOUR guy goes from a 95 overall to a REAL 88-91 overall from what I've been told..... I THINK this is why the park & pro-am plays on all star instead of superstar which is what the people want..... If they put the game on superstar our REAL ratings would show eve more on the court which would lead to lots of complaints.... Sharpshooters already been complaining about not making shots when the game was on all star so they would REALLY complain if it was on superstar or higher LoL

dang 2k. you got us. lol.

And this is why when playing pro am, park, walk on pro am. even with 99 from 2k16 or 95's from 2k17 all badged up. You never feel like the play is nearly as smooth when you play a 5 on 5 team up. now you know why.

and that's something that 2k probably wont talk about but its reality. Truth is, its called "NBA" 2k17. not "MYCAREER" 2k17. This means no matter what NBA players will always outshine these mycareer players. They have to from a contractual standpoint. You can't make a game where the non nba players are playing just as good or smoother than the nba guys. If that were to happen EVERYONE would jump on mycareer and leave the regular nba games alone. which would mean why even have a game featuring real nba teams to begin with?

Yeah so whoever said a ld is a 91 or something is completely wrong. I just made one with the max cap attributes for every attribute and he only came out to a 78 overall...

He's still a 95 in the sense that you're playing against players rated on the same scale so it's not really that big a deal.

You can't reach Chris Paul,Anthony Davis,Kevin Durant etc level with this archetypes.

It's time for 2K to separate My Career/Online. There are are a lot of players like me that only play My Career and i want to be a real Superstar rating.

I agree. But I got a 30 pt triple double with myplayer on HOF when I was rated around 60, and many others can. That's why I'm saying it's not a big deal.

One guy on here is averaging 50 pts and 25 rebounds a game on mycareer. Do you think he needs his true rating upped?

Mycareer would be ridiculously easy if they bumped us all up another 20 points.

I was wondering why I'd play games against friends then hop on my career and wonder why I felt so slow compared to nba players...
"Slow" in general meaning like just not performing anything as well as even lower rated guys lol

I really am disappointed stuff like this is in the game... It's corny.
No, it doesn't effect people who play park because we're all rated lower but the point still remains we're ALL RATED LOWER. They're lying about our overalls now? Lol

And career always gets too easy when you play it for a little and figure out the ways to cheese the CPU. Whether you're a 70 overall or a 98.. you can get yours just put more effort out.

The Overall depends on some things such as height and what the Shot IQ, Intangibles, Offensive Consistency, etc ratings are..

But LD is the highest overall, I made a CAP of a LDD and he's around an 82 maxed out so with practice boost I'm guessing a 95 overall LDD is around a 85?

The lowest overall I've made so far is a max SS at the PG position who was around a 78 overall.

I would call it "strange" and possibly "deceitful" but I wouldn't say it's an issue personally.

I don't feel any slower or worse than the CPU.
