Didn't they say there's new paint animations where bigs battle inside. That must of been bugged and removed cause I don't see any of them battling for rebounds when the opponents big is casually getting into the paint with no contact.

They got all those new ace poe but they don't even work with the way offense is being played online.
They said they added over 1000 animations (idk if total or post play) but as much as I'm getting on them about the CPu IQ this year I must say I do see alot of new animations in the post and during rebounds and even for blocking shots. They all feel fluid as well.

That's why if you combine this years animations/fluidity with the CPU IQ of 2k16 (or take your pick of what you feel it was best) it would be the most complete 2k yet. But where they added in some aspects of gameplay they've taken away or downgraded in other parts. EX.) player body models, CPU IQ, Green release abundance, etc.

Can you show source of where they said bad CPu transition defense is being added in the upcoming patch b/c I've seen nothing on that from a dev saying it will be fixed..

Me too but I'm talking about playing against CPu defenders on opposing teams.

While on the subject of transition play, the CPU pulls up for jumpshots on fastbreaks at much too high of a rate

Oh I don't really know. I'm just assuming and hoping a patch does fix it. It's the biggest glaring issue for offline ballers.

I'm ok with exceptional 3 point shooters taking the 3 more on a fast break but when Dwyane Wade has an open lane to the basket but instead runs into the corner for a 3, your game AI is broken. I have disabled ACE and think the game is a bit better now.

When you disable ACE, is it didabled for USER only or for CPU as well?

they pull up for threes too much, and not enough from mid range (for players that take that shot).
