This idea is for SimHeads, Player Breather Meter for players that abuse the turbo button. Similar to how the gatorade icon pops up warning you of your fatigue level, this instead will have a meter warning you to take a breather. Just like in real life players will take plays off when their winded, the same result will take place in the game but as you become stationary and layoff the turbo your players breather meter will regenerate. Once you abuse the turbo again the meter will decrease leaving your player with signs of sluggishness.
As the meter depletes fully it leaves your player vulnerable on the offense affecting the players strength in the post position and boxing out. On defense a winded player will be more susceptible to fouling offensive player for example hand-checking fouls on defense and holding offensive cutter like players do in real life when they need a breather. As an off-ball player for both offense and defense your player will compensate by having moments of bending down hands on knees gasping for air. Please expand on this idea further
Players who are exhausted are more prone to play defense with their hands not their feet.
Players who are exhausted are more prone to lose position fighting for a rebound.
Players who are exhausted on defense will play sloppy defense and get called for hand checking fouls.Comment

Another idea I have is if they implemented Fifa precision control modifiers with ball handling causing better representation of players that position their bodies in angles, maneuvering their bodies through tight windows in traffic like kyrie irving and james harden. I would love to hear your opinion on this as well to which system is the best for basketball
It adds another element to the game added footwork with ball handling control so you can setup the defender in ways you couldn't before. You could now split double teams with user control and you could now maneuver your self in tight windows with heavy traffic like a Kyrie Irving breaking the defender to layup or take the tear drop shot. To break it down in simpler terms it's basically a shimmy move with added footwork left to right where you could explode out of the animation at any moment using an advanced ballhandler. This puts elusiveness in the users hand than random two man animations triggering, who wouldn't want user control.Comment

If you want change create a thread because I'm creating a change since this thread been made I've been in back and forth conversation's with 2k developers so change is coming guaranteed. No longer will coaches and referee's be treated like props so enjoy the change.Comment

Just watch the competition steal my ideas and put it in their upcoming game and I guarantee you, you all will be saying why doesn't 2k have a halftime event where you shoot a shot with a fan for a cash prize or why don't the players/coaches interact with the referee like in the competition's game and why aren't there cut stoppages like in their game etc. That's why you need to think 2 steps ahead this is not about being Sims this is about being true to life of the game of basketball. The gameplay is shoddy because no game to date is perfect they all have flaws that's why we have sliders to make necessary adjustments.Comment

Would be awesome to see Jay randomly appear at a nets game or something and Jack Nicholson at Staples but I don't want them to spend funds on being able to use likeness when that money can't be spent improving the gameplay. I love the other ideas though they would add so much more immersion and atmosphere to games.
