This happens because of 3 things. And like I've explained about it works well in my opinion. I'm kind of shocked most here don't realize what's going on here.

One, the passer makes a fancy/flashy pass here.
Two, he makes a flashy pass to a big man who is in traffic.
Three, the big man hands rating is probably low. And he is on the move while making/catch the pass.

You can even say 4 the offense player back is turned to the ball. He's not settled down so the receiver is off balance. Like I said in my above. receiving passes shouldn't be like Odell Jr catching one hands. Just like shooting your feet have to be settled under you to catch a pass normal.

Lol. I'm not sure if that was the best video for him to try and defend that nonsense. He was surrounded and was dribbling the ball without a care in the world.

I think he was talking about the initial catch that the big man bobbled. I would be willing to bet that most people agree that the end of that clip where the guy is successfully dribbling while triple teamed is absurd.
