Re: First NBA 2K18 Screenshots
Does the skin look clay like to some of you? It's subtle, not bad by any stretch, but still it's a tad off. 14 next gen had the most realistic skin in any sports game ever made imo

Re: First NBA 2K18 Screenshots
Wow it never occurred to me how bad that 2K Mourning face is... honestly I am more familiar with the way Mourning looks in 2K than in real life, I wouldn't even recognize him in real life because I'm so used to his image in the game. That one is particularly terrible. It's not even close!

Re: First NBA 2K18 Screenshots
We should be getting a Dwyane Wade picture soon from 2K. The Bulls just revealed their new Icon jerseys. Maybe it'll be LaVine or Dunn though. Bulls used Wade's jersey for the reveal so we'll see what 2K does

Forgot about Markkanen. Will probably post him to keep the rookie theme going.

Re: First NBA 2K18 Screenshots
Would be nice if they stop using that Xbox360 port over for Alonzo Mourning also. Easily the worst historic model in the game. It's sad that PC modders have created and had a face for him the last few years but 2k hasn't bothered.
The left is the 2k17 model below.

My only saving grace was the fact that Tgor somehow created a lifelike version of him using the Create-a-Player:

Re: First NBA 2K18 Screenshots
With all due respect, that Alonzo Mourning has nothing on Joe Dumars, who technically improved from this:

Re: First NBA 2K18 Screenshots
Ah bummer. I don't know how to fix that. It shows up on my end :-(
I guess people will have to google "Joe Dumars NBA 2K17" is see how bad it really was (should be among the first five Image results).
My bad.

Re: First NBA 2K18 Screenshots
I dislike how overrated in overall rookies are. 80 ovr to me sound like someone that proved himself at the highest level of basketball already. However overall don't tell everything in current game because badges, hotzones and some lower ovr player can be higher rated in most important areas.
Body types look better and I hope to see no skinny bodies on so many players as in 2k17.Last edited by Vroman; 08-02-2017, 10:57 AM.Comment
