This was absolutely his signature dunk, to me.

There was a variation of this in 2K11/2k12 but was removed as time went on.

I still has the huge poster of this 1987 dunk. I need to frame or laminate it, absolutely love it!

So tomorrow it seems like we are getting Jordan Challenge gameplay. Hopefully we see some great improvements and legends player models looking accurate with great improved likeness, and hopefully if there are improvements or changes to be implemented, that they can be added in an update since we are so close to the games release date.

Saw this on Instagram and noticed there appears to be 4 distinct player models for Jordan maybe more. The 86 model the 88 model, and the 1991 and 96-98 model.

Pretty sure that’s just two player models in that IG post.

It's at least 3. If you look at the two versions with hair the hair style and thickness isn't the same.

That's exactly what I noticed as well. I assume they probably use the player model with more hair for the 82 North Carolina, 84 Olympics and 86 Bulls and the one with less thickness for the 1988 All Star game Challenge.

I thought this was a pic from current gen for a second.

I'm looking forward to once people actually get the game, seeing the improvements on legends and can't wait to see what the community can do in terms of accuracy with the MyNBA Eras and filling in the rosters with quality created players.

After seeing those Jordan Challenge gameplay videos, it definitely had more of the feel of 80s basketball with more post play and mid range jumpers, in particular Bird seemed more accurate and true to life than I think I've ever seen in a video game. The possibilities of a more fully realized MyNBA Eras mode are so exciting to think about given the base that 2k has already provided. I was assuming that 2k wouldn't do much to differentiate the different player models in different Eras, like one player model across multiple years. However I have been impressed and pleasantly surprised by the different player models I have already seen. One in particular that stood out was college Chris Mullin with the long shaggy hair rather than the flat top he is most known for during the majority of his career. I am hoping they did this for more legend player models as well.

Some of it looks promising and I'm hoping that leads to me having to do less work with tendencies this year.

So long as I can get classic guys on point with their playstyle and sigs, I'll be golden.

Be interesting to see what they've got on offer in terms of playbooks for all these retro teams. Just seeing them dump the ball down to Ewing and having him bang in the post, and also take his short jumpers was a great sign.

I pray that I'll be able to get on board with this game after a two year hiatus.

Does anyone know if we can import custom rosters into MyNBA eras like we can with regular MyNBA?

Just seen a video of a Joystick Junkie checking out new moves and the New Jersey Meadowlands arena is INDEED in the game from the 1983-84 season
