For what it's worth, unless you REALLY want the disc, I'm 2-for-2 in having them apply the Prime discount to the digital version due to not having the option available to buy the physical copy. They didn't have the GOAT Madden and now NBA2K, so after a quick chat I got the Madden digital for $63.99 and NBA 2K18 for $47.99. Even better is being able to save tax after the discount since it's digital. Hard for them to have a leg to stand on when they won't let you buy the version eligible for the discount.

Struck out doing this... good for you!

Spoke to soon, they issued me a credit on the way out to cover the 20%.

I've done research on this and I read Amazon no longer gives 20% discounts in the 2-week window. It's only on pre-orders. As far as them placing both physical copies of the NBA games on the release day that's some shady **** and they should be ashamed of themselves. If you don't want us using this discount then you shouldn't have given it to us in the first place. We just got this discount last year FFS. Already had enough? I am happy I didn't wait around for Amazon. Completely satisfied with GCU. I hope you guys are too.
