Obviously say goodbye to your Suns, early Pacers and 02 Nets / 07 Warriors / 11 Bulls..probably more if they want to give every franchise a classic team and then you'd need a Clippers & Wiz team..

You still need to remember that these are not OBVIOUS goodbyes. They still nee players to fill out the suns and pacers(more so than the suns) all-time teams. Its still very likely we get a old Pacers team since they don't have many all time pacers licensed for the game besides Paul George, Detlef Schremf, Chris Mullin, and George McGinnis? Maybe there were one or two in MyTeam? I don't know because I don't use that mode but. They would need more than 4 players to fill out a confirmed 15 man All-Time roster. Meaning some way, some how we have to be getting several Pacers players from the early 2000s team and/or the 90s teams. Thats just something we can't overlook. Whether Reggie is included or not.

Suns are in a similar situation but with Steve Nash, Dan Majerle, Shawn Marion, Amare Stoudamire, Kevin Johnson, Jason Kidd, Jeff Hornacek, Larry Nance, Tom Chambers....all licensed to be in the game their situation isn't as crucial as the Pacers.

The Pacers their just isn't a way around it.

'16 Warriors are a classic team indeed. Only team in NBA history to blow a 3-1 lead in the finals. Will stand the test of the time forever.

'16 Warriors will be an obvious choice in hindsight. Right now it's a terribly unpopular choice to have them, and that's fine, but 5-10 years down the road when this team is broken up and all the players are past their prime, the same people complaining are going to want them back at some point.

And I hate the '15-present Warriors team to death so you can imagine my pain writing this, but it's true.

Let's also remember that just because your desired team doesn't get a classic team the player you may desire most off of that team could be present in the All-Time team. Grant Hill is in MyTeam, we may not get one of his teams but it would be weird for him not to make an All-Time Detroit team. So you still have these players at your disposal.

If we don't get the team you want for example, the 1996-1997 Pistons.
Take Grant Hill off of the All-Time team(assuming he is present),Stacey Augmon off the Jailblazers team, Joe Dumars off the Pistons 89 team or all time team, Lindsey Hunter off the '04(?) Pistons team, Rick Mahorn off the Bad Boys team, Aaron McKie off the Iverson 76ers team, Kenny Smith and Otis Thorpe off the Rockets classic team, and any other person that might become available to us from that team and maker your own.

If the 2016 Warriors are in my guess is that the 2016 Cavs are in too since they won and made that amazing comeback. Those are both historical teams but most will just use the current teams since they are superior.

Even as a Warriors fan, I have no interest in adding 15-16 as a classic team. That was two seasons ago once this season starts. The same exact team is still available +Durant and you only lose Barnes and Bogut. And Brandon Rush, if you really love him. Predictable though.
