Re: New CAP system
Your Odom looks pretty good to me and Reggie and Charles are really good. You created a really good Odom last year too, didn't you?Comment

That said, none of these Reggie attempts can quite capture that special punchability factor in that dude's face.

Re: New CAP system
One thing worth noting is a lot of the CAPs I made last year didn't look great in the CAP screen but looked good on the court when the faces started animating. One of the reasons I embraced last years CAP system is because they looked much more life-like on the court than in years past, even if it was harder to mold their like-ness in the CAP screen. I feel like this years game will take that to another level, and we will get the best of both worlds.
Hard to know what the full game has in store, but I really wish all facial options had as many preset options as the nose section does.Comment

Re: New CAP system
I actually think the Odom from last year turned out a bit better, but there might still be some tweaks I could do to make this one more improved. I didn't spend much time on these, they are just some screen shots I grabbed while playing around the other night. Just tried to make someone quick and then scrapped them and tried someone else, so I'm sure all of these could be improved upon with more tools and more time. Just trying getting a feel for the new system, really excited for all the options.

One thing I would love to see is the ability to edit players' bodies. For example I was trying to create Omari Spellman in 2k18 and even with the weight maxed out he looked way too skinny.Comment

Re: New CAP system
Facial hair looks limited again.. idk why they won’t go back to separate options for just a mustache, just a goatee, or beards.. leaves the options for a mustache very limited, and goatees even more limited. No sideburns hurts for those who want to recreate classic players as well.

Re: New CAP system
Why go all in on everything else and not do something like that is my question. And same for removing some of the hair options, why remove anything..
I’m grateful for the improvements and what they did add, but I don’t love how they always seem to leave something relatively simple out and take some things away. At the end of the day, they know what we want.
