Just checked - and there’s still ALOT of missing portraits that just show the in-game character (I.e Melo, George, Isaiah). Hope more will be patched.

Just checked, portraits for most players if not all have been updated but it takes a roster update to show the new pictures. Try trade Melo or PG back to their old teams their new portrait would show.

Some of these player portraits needs a roster update to reveal their new photo. the next one will show that almost every player in the league has been updated.

Updated portraits showing up in today’s update. GREAT JOB by 2K to get almost everyone updated. Only a few players missing due to not playing yet or being new to their team. Here is who is left to update:

i hope the realign some of the player portraits like giannis and rudy gobert to the center, some of them are all the way to right side of the box



and why wasn't players like melo, PG, wade, rose, lavine, kanter etc updated with their portaits in mycareer even though they are updated in the game

I don't have a majority of those updated portraits yet despite downloading the current roster to play now. Are they exclusive to online at the moment?

You’re on Xbox, yes? The patch is only PS4 currently. Microsoft makes developers jump up and down and do 500 push ups before they approve a patch. Sony is way faster. Our patch will likely come tomorrow.

So that won't work for existing MyLeagues, right? I'll have to start a new ML for the new player portraits to show up if it's tied to the roster update?

In another thread, it was confirmed that their portraits updated in MyLeague. I don’t think it’s tied to the rosters as much as it is to the patch, which hasn’t yet been available for Xbox One or PC users.

Yeah player portraits updated in MyLeague, I"ve seen it. But I'm talking about players that joined new teams this year, like Carmelo, CP3, etc. Those players new portraits only show up if you trade them to their old team and back again. Some are saying this will be fixed once the new roster comes out. So I'm wondering if it's gonna fixed in Myleague, since the fix is tied to the roster.

Wait does this work on Xbox, if it does than what do you trade the players on (myleague or roster editing) also how do you like activate the picture because when i trade melo back to ny for kanter and back again it's still the same portrait of melo on the knicks when he is on okc.

I have no idea, I'm on PS4. I haven't even tried it though. I just saw a few people say it works.

Anyways, new rosters came out today and all the portraits are updated for players on new teams, but it doesn't apply to MyLeague. So that sucks.

We still don’t have updated portraits on Xbox. We still haven’t gotten the patch. Microsoft sucks.
