You can go to moddingway.com or nba-live.com go to 2k18 forums and search for them. The dragic is from a Modder named RKJ and the wade is from a Chinese Modder but I don't remember his name. They have alot of threads with people's mods to download. I highly recommend them.

Have The Dragic from RKJ already (fellow Pinoy, represent!)... have a different Wade, well-made, only with different hair/beard... man, I'm loving all these options! I frequent Moddingway and nlcs damn near everyday when i can

By the way, I'm confused with how you download EGS-MLLR's mods... i click on his page links from the nlcs forum, but can't find my way to the actual download link... his mods are pretty good, just behind v0id's and AEMnace's IMO
