Bro....these rosters are amazing.

I was enjoying the game already with some of my own tweaks, but it's impressive how much they improve gameplay and have the AI playing...

I've gotten a chance to really dive into it thus weekend and it's been a LOT of fun. Definitely impressed. 2k really needs to take a look at what guys are doing with the tools they have.

What kind of differences are you noticing with them and what are like the best collage draft class rosters to use on ps4?

Here's a play which I love. The defense is out of place, and opened up a straight line drive. Notice how there was no suction, which would have happened in previous 2Ks.

I love this too man. This is way too realistic. When the defense is scrambling and running at your man, just go past them like you did and you'll have an open lane.

In the past, defense would unrealisticly bump you and slow you down.

Why do you use custom rosters? Because they make it more realistic than 2K?The ratings and how teams play ? I never used it, just wondering

i noticed in the replay right away that after i dropped stepped with shaq into the lane right under the hoop, the defender lafrentz literally was basically connected to me, there was no point to the move as he just quickly followed me with crazy quick feet, it would be impossible to do this in reality without almost fouling, cause you would draw contact immediately when the offensive player went up, but instead its almost like he was never out of position.

I thought there was some sort of defensive perception in this years game, maybe not when it comes to blocking, i saw that deandre had his head turned and was pre occupied with his man hibbert , then he just had psychic ability or just extreme sense and blocked me immediately

This last one is probably the most aggravating to me, if your going to have a goal-tending rule and defensive interference rule, why isnt it enforced all the time. I have seen goal-tends in this game, whether its blocked after it hits the glass or someone does get it over the rim, but then something like this isnt called? whats the point of the rule if a guy can just jump thru the hoop and get the ball bopped off his head and then they just get possession, why not just jump thru the hoop on any shots in and around the rim then.

All of them are unfortunately happening.

1- The CPU rarely or never reacts to jab steps or drop steps. That's why LaFrentz is moving like nothing just happened.

2-They have to address it, players don't have eyes behind them.

3-That's definitely a goaltend

and also what happen with the shaking thing when you playing against Home. does it not work with human against human?? only against CPU??

I can't understand how Marcus Smart's outside shooting is rated as B- in default sliders even though he is shooting 25 % from three point range and 29 % overall....

Can't they even see something so clear like that ?

Does anyone know if you can disable touch passes? I have ruined lots of fastbreak opportunities because I accidentally pressed X on the break and passed it BACK to a teammate.

I tried Ciacco's rosters yesterday by playing 1 full quarter with Detroit vs Philadelphia.

Since I play with Detroit all the time I noticed that Ciacco shortened the release of T.Harris' shot and lengthened the time of Kennard's shot. Which are both spot-on.

The game truly changed to be honest. The sets are amazing. 76ers played with a lot of movement, not 2K like but real NBA like sets!

Also I noticed every single player has different set for Detroit as well. It's truly amazing.

The upsides of the custom roster:

A lot of player and ball movement
Real NBA like shot selection
More fluid offense for CPU and user
Accurate shot releases for players

Forgot to note - Ben Simmons had trademark thunder dunk with his left hand. Is it in default build ? I've never seen it before.

dude i play celtics with this roster and the first thing i notice is how players shooting is spot on. respect to whoever created this roster. the game was smooth, also ever body is moving. and o h yeah that CPU timeout,,,it happens a lot just like in IRL thanks.

Question though when i try to edit this roster some of the shoes are missing is that normal??

I suggest everyone who reading this to try this roster.

Offline the game is pretty enjoyable. I’d give it a 8/10. Online is a different story. Now I win a lot more than I lose, but it’s so annoying that someone can literally cheese their way to a competitive 20 minute game with you. Bulling their way to the rim and finishing in the paint regardless of who’s there or ridiculous 3 point shooting regardless of the contest. At a certain point it’s a miracle to face someone that doesn’t have some childish style online. Those styles of play shouldn’t be rewarded.
