Here's a twitter THREAD y'all of bugs n glitches I've encountered that are non-gameplay related (except 4 one, moving screens). I've retweeted and @'d so many devs and I'm sure they get swamped with mentions so they haven't had a chance to see this (which is understandable). I've tweeted everyone from Mike Wang to LD2K to Zach Timmerman -- here's to hoping here they can see this.

Please, share/RT/Like etc, guys. I love this game, gameplay wise, it's amazing. There are just small fixes that have to be addressed and this game will be a GOAT!



P.S.

Too many people complaining about fouls while behind or at the hip & pressing an aggressive contest (with RT). DUH.

Too many people complaining about dribbling because it's about read n reacting to your defender instead of spamming dribbles and fake moves that go against the laws of physics.

Too many people complaining movement "being sluggish" because players actually have weight and momentum to them.

All this crying from people who have never watched a real bball game in their lives, let alone played one.

2K the GAMEPLAY IS AMAZING, PLEASE DON'T GIVE IN TO THESE PARK PLAYERS!!! Please remain steadfast and don't change a thing about gameplay...except moving screens lol.

Xbox One: Cpu rarely uses timeouts at all... I've played quite a few games and most times they will go a whole half before calling their first timeout

Bug: Controller not working at all for PC after entering instant replay. You can't rotate the camera (can only zoom).

Mode: All modes. Blacktop, Play Now, MC.

Bug : Messed up stats for MyLeague in shorter seasons
Platform : PS4
Mode : MyLeague

Wanted to do a 29 games season and play all games.
I simulated it to see if anything was up and was really surprised to see Harry Giles win ROTY with a 27PPG average and Deandre Liggins win DPOY with a 23PPG average.

I went to see their individual game stats :
Harry Giles played 1 minute during the season, registering 0 point.
Deandre Liggins played 2 games during the season, registering 2 points in one and 5 points in the other.

It seems that the issue is only with rookies.
So people that wants to start a MyLeague with shorter seasons, don't do it, the mode is broken.

...... Sigh

Whats the bug? Backboard flexes on dunk but rim remains completely stationary, with player's hands "hanging" on invisible rim well below the actual rim.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Quick Play

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Noticed for the majority of the second half. Did not pick up on specific trigger. Easy to overlook from gameplay camera; becomes very apparent on replays.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Entire second half (9-minute quarters of most recent game)

Whats the bug?
Broadcast Cam = Slowdown/Framerate drop when in the paint, consistently almost every play the ball goes down low or might be when it goes through the net as well.. Framerate drops by quite a bit for a moment.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Play now offline/online/my league offline

How often has the bug been reproduced?
Every time I Play

Hello guys I have a problem with my 2k18. I want to play with my friends online but I cannot with them. That error says one of you out of sync bla bla and I deleted my NBA and download it again but I still have that error WTF? PS4

Sweat doesn't accumulate as it's supposed to in games when using 12 minute quarters.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in?* Play Now and MyLeague

How often has the bug been reproduced?

Anytime you play a game with 12 minute quarters. Play a game with 6 minute quarters and look at the difference.

I guess I could get comparison shots but I couldn't prove they were legit.

The biggest thing that NEEDS to be fixed is the frame rate. After a timeout when I play a play now online game, it's almost unplayable. Also in park it's the same thing. I'm surprised the patch 2K released yesterday didn't fix it.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? The other team had 4 players but their CPU was a 5'11 Center

That's not a glitch, you unlock more music later on in the story.

Whats the bug: frame rate drops after first timeout

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in: Play Now(Offline)

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? After the first time is taken by me or the cpu the frame rate drops causing the game to feel laggy or sluggish. And gets worse when stats pop up on screen. Ive been playing since the 15th and every game this happens.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in: mycareer mode

How did it happen or what did you di to trigger it?:i run laps and other things that normally get a prompt that says you get vc from practice bonus. I run a drill or leave the gym and it shows the vc coin spinning but when i check my vc it stays the same

What's the bug: Squad invites not working

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it: Friend sends a squad invite and when I accept the invite it doesn't add me to the squad. The friend has to send an invite a second time so I can get added.

Free Throw Ace Badge training broken:

When training for Free Throw Ace for the badge it is bugged, even if you make all shots you only get rewarded 1 out of 3 stars, happens every single time. Needs a fix.
