I have two questions:

Does anyone know how to create a custom playbook? When I go into coaching it states to select a playbook and two of them are user playbook 1. So I assume that you can make your own playbook I just don't know where to do so.

Also is there a way to preset your sets? So the default is 4 out 1 in, but I'd rather have mine as 3 out 2 in. Is there anyone to set these in setting or even in myleague etc before the game starts and not just at the loading screen? It would be nice to save the same freelance and sets I run because I use the same system rather than having to change it on the fly.

How can i ask more minutes for my teammate in My Career? I'm playing at Chicago Bulls and i want play with Markkanen as a starter. We have solid chemistry with him, but coach doesn't seem to realize that. Nikolai Mirotic is starter at the moment and opponents doesn't really care about guarding him. He is always open at 3 pt line, which makes game way too easy, i'm playing at pro difficulty. Should i force him to turnovers or is there better way to get minutes for Markkanen?

Dog days for me. Mirotic just got injured for 4-6 weeks

By the way is there any playcalls for PF? I know how to use pick and roll, but i like to ask if there is something like go to the post or come to the 3pt line?

if i already started and loaded draft class,can i load some other draft class because i've found some better one for download...

what is the current patch number? ie 1.2 something like that.
seond, and the main ? how you get the patch installed, on ps4. my game keeps telling me i need to patch it. i did a ptch monday, but still asking for it.

Has the previous My career modes had the trades updated like this one has? When I played the OKC Melo was on the team and don't remember if the previous games did this, nice touch.

I'm getting the error "Failed to load; rotation was invalid" when I try to load rotations I saved earlier. If it's because I made roster moves, I'd be fine accepting that they rotations are roster specific. However, I can nonetheless load up all sorts of shared rotations without any problem. Does anyone know how I can save a generic rotation (11 deep, 12 deep, etc) that I can load regardless of roster?

I wanna know how in the Player Edit screen when you edit a players gear, ex) Home/Away color, which equates to Home & which is Away? it’s well known they will be wearing either Association, Icon or Statement, whether they are Home or Away so why not have Assoc., Icon & Statement colors, every team has one of the 3...

Is there any way to track roster updates and what they change? I know in the past we've had like blog post but I haven't seen anything like that this year so I never know what's new on the roster updates. Also are roster updates on Monday through Friday? I don't believe I've seen on over the weekend.

NBA 2k16 is the latest entry I have. If I just play through a franchise, is 2k18 improved enough to warrant a purchase over a discounted 2k17?

I asked for Nike , I only had Adidas and UA, and so refused both.

Will I have Nike or Jordan or new offers ??? next season?

Although I see a ton of topics wanting "realistic" stats, I kind of want the semi-realistic stats in MyLeague, which could see a team have four 20ppg scorers. Any idea how I could do that?

Sorry if its been posted I looked but couldn't find any info.


I just play, PlayNow most of the time with the girlfriend who seems to think GS is the only team in the game. I just log onto my PS account then she logs onto hers. We just go into play now and pick our teams and uniform and boot it up.


We played 2k17 and it would keep our record down below of games won and lost. Some reason 2k18 always says 0-0 and its always the season opener when we play. I kind of like the pregame show but its always the same.


Sure I am missing something easy but could someone help me out so it saves our progress when we play?

2K18 is better game than 2K16 so yes??
