Thanks guys, development is going to look into these tags further I just sent over. Might follow up with some questions.

For anyone who runs into this, please fill out a support ticket. Our dev. team is investigating this and we'll get this addressed.

I've created a ticket. My gamertag is Stephan Ur Kel on Xbox one. It's reset my mycareer and i've lost games, VC, and attributes.

I bought 400,000 worth of vc and the game reset my player and took my vc. I created a ticket last night and got a automated reply this morning telling me to delete and reinstall the game. I did that and it deleted my player completely. Now I have to start over the prelude with a brand new player.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in?* My career

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?* I was in the playground about to start another game. Got booted to the dashboard and when I loaded back up I saw my player was reset back to the guy fresh from the prelude.

How often has the bug been reproduced?* Once for me. But there are others that are experiencing the same issue.

Filled out a ticket this morning. Game crashed on me and when I started it back up, my MyCareer was reset. Also spent $30 on VC and used it before the data loss.

Everyone on Xbox that I know who's had this bug happen to them (myself included) had the crash to dashboard occur somewhere in the neighborhood.

One friend was just walking around the neighborhood when it happened. Another was walking around the ante up courts. And another was trying to enter the team training facility when it happened. For me, it happened as soon as I accepted an invite to leave my neighborhood and join a friend's neighborhood.

4 out of the 6 people I was in a party with last night on Xbox have been hit with the crash and delete bug.

My game didn't crash but I did start a new career because I wanted to change positions, I hadn't spent any VC in my last game as I changed my mind pretty soon after finishing the proving ground stuff so I'm not too worried about that (although I haven't checked to see if my VC is still there yet I have that joy to check in the morning) what I've noticed though is my legend edition items aren't there (the Shaq shoes & clothing items) I'm hoping my VC is but I fear it may not be now I've lost those items.
