This game is absolutely amazing gameplay wise. I am so scared for any patch and all these complaints. I almost will just want the gameplay to stay exactly as is instead of risking Mike and them fixing some things and messing up other stuff.

I would vote the layups stay exactly how they are. I had a 6'1" Shot creating/Playmaker and I finished fairly well in the paint. Yes, you do see bigs and players missing some bunnies but I would much rather it how it is now than making it too easy.

I don't like the frequency of foul calls when trying to get a chase down or jump from behind. From my experience, 9/10 it's a and1 foul.

That and whatever the issue is with dunking, is my only issues gameplay wise. Other than that, this is the best gameplay I've seen. Just praying 2K doesn't mess this up, if they do, I really believe I am going to stop messing with this game for the future.

i'm not even sure what this even means.



i've seen youtubers that are far better than I am at this game playing my career and having the same issue - chris smoove being one of them.



the free throws and layups are a consistent complaint about the gameplay this year. it's just off.

If you're talking MyCareer wise both are definitely fine. I knew people would complain about the layups. You really do have to time them but it is a lot of missed layups that's used to easily going in on 2K but I honestly like that. But with all these complaints, I wouldn't be surprised Mike gives in and raises it.

Free throw shooting is 100% fine to me. It's just in MyCareer you have to earn the Free throw ace badge and it'll be a lot easier.

Question...? If there is only a 1 point difference between the two teams, and there is 52.9 seconds left in the game... How can the computer announce who the player of the game is already??

This is one of the biggest issues I have with the game. When do they announce POGs like they do on 2K? I can understand a blowout but you can be up 5 with 2 mins left and they'll give away the POG and show highlights. Who idea was this? I wish they could just show the POG AFTER the game and after they show your badge progressions. I thought this was only in MyCareer so I am not sure about other modes but it's a terrible choice.

i get what you are saying as there are a LOT of complainers/whiners(i'm guilty at times for sure) about 2k online and there always will be..but that's also where 2k is going to make most of their money so i don't necessarily agree that 2k shouldn't be worried about the online players...that and the online play DOES have some issues for sure...some people can't accept the fact that they suck or understand the limitations of their build for sure...but, that is also compounded by the fact that the online play does have real issues

online and money goes hand in hand no doubt about it, agree on that but regarding about the game as a whole online players need to play a lot first in offline mode to see if all their complaints is occurring, coz sometimes this problems are basically the players holding the controller and not the game.Peace

Man. The game feels very different. Not sure if it's in a good way or not yet. But it definitely feels different.

2 things though...

There is no reason why a CPU controlled player should be fouling out by the beginning of the 3rd quarter. Jees, it's annoying.

Also, do these players sweat? At all? Lol.

When i placed a support ticket like 3 days ago about disappearing vc i also noticed i still had an open ticket from 2K17 that never even got looked at or answered. I sure hope they dont take that long this time since i really want the vc back that i paid for and that i earned with games.
